I heard good reviews about Acton Toyota dealership from some of people I know, and I was not disappointed, when I used them to get my new Toyota car. I made all the inquires about the new car price and options over Internet (with Juliana), and had a reasonable price quote, which I agreed to. The dealer did not have the car with the exact configuration in stock, but offered to get it from another dealer. Original wait time estimate was two weeks; the actual time was one week, and the car was delivered directly to the dealer (not driven from another dealer). Every stage of the purchase process met my expectations. Even the infamous extended service agreement price I got from the dealer was in par with the best offers you can find online. More
Easiest car buying experience ever! After searching the inventory of local dealerships, Acton Toyota had the model and color we were interested in. She referred us to Anthony Clarke, who had the vehicle ready and waiting for us Saturday morning. While we took the car for a test drive, our trade in was being appraised. We got exactly what we had anticipated for trade-in value, and purchase price was not to be beat. Within a couple of hours all paperwork was completed, financing done, and we were able to drive home our new Rav4 the same day - and it was a Saturday! I called around to every dealer in the area for a lease price for a prius package 6 black with a beige interior. The only thing that caught me by surprise was that the gap insurance was not included in the Quote. I did not know this until I was ready to sign. All my other leases from other manufacturers had the gap included in the quote. I had to make my decision on the spot which I did not like to do since it cost me $15 extra a month.I did buy it in the end. I just wish I was told this up front when I called initially. I don't like surprises when I am finished negotiating a price. More

Went to a local dealer, drove both and settled on one. So far so good, with a very helpful salesman. Then came the agony! I’d done my due research and had a bottom line price (with trade). Only now there was a new guy from the dealership to talk turkey, and his opening bargaining position was so far from my price that it was insulting. So I walked. I’d already invested three hours of my time and it was clear that it would take even longer to play the “good cop/bad cop” games that go on in dealer showrooms. Then I went online and put in my specs on Edmunds to Acton Toyota (specifically, their internet site, ActonToyota.com). Within 25 minutes I had an email with a rational price on the new car, about $400 lower than I would have painfully tried to negotiate at the first dealer. No gimmicks, no ifs-ands-or-buts. Here’s the price, not including taxes of course, but including all the running, dealer prep charges, etc. Firm and fair, very fair. My contact was Juliana Chaves; I confirmed the price by phone and she even gave me some alternative prices. It was so easy, particularly compared to my earlier experience. Welcome to the twenty first century. My purchase was at the end of the month and Juliana was very busy, but she was excellent at multi-tasking, available when I needed her for questions and arrangements. She handled the necessary paperwork smoothly, and I had my car delivered as promised, on my terms, with no surprises. The internet is full of reviews, usually of first week experiences with new products; however this is not about the car, but the buying experience. I suppose it sounds trite in this day and age of superlatives, but this was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had. Kudos to Juliana and ActonToyota.com. More

Also happy to see Acton Toyota start a loyalty program, as I have been buying at least five cars from these guys and have been servicing them there. Until now, had never received any kind of acknowledgement for that. Now remedied. More

It took me one visit and three hours (on a busy weekend)to find the right car and complete the paperwork process. I live in about 15 miles south of Acton, and Bob was so kind to give me a ride to the dealership on his way to work so I didn't have to bring a friend to drive the other car back. I am very happy with my car and my car buying experience, and I would recommend Acton to my friends. More
I've been buying vehicles for almost 30 years and I've NEVER had an easier car buying experience than I had at Acton Toyota. I'd been researching the 2009 Corolla online and contacting dealers in the area to check prices. Two co-workers recommended I try Acton Toyota. When I contacted them via the internet I got prompt replies from Juliana. Her emails were full of information and actual price quotes. There was no high pressure to come to the dealership, but more of a casual "we're here when you're ready" approach. I made an appointment even though the color I wanted wasn't in stock. There was no long wait for Juliana and she quickly had a Corolla ready for me to test drive. When I returned, I was treated to a no pressure discussion of the car. I've never had any dealer automatically offer a price that was just over dealer cost. Every other dealer I've dealt with started at sticker price and made me work hard to get it lower. When you're dealing with Acton Toyota, gone are the days where they make you sit and wait to find out if your offer is accepted. Gone are the days of having your salesperson have to go back and forth to their "manager" for approval. Gone are the days of having the high pressure "closer" come in and pressure you to buy the vehicle that day or the price they negotiated won't be available the next day. Within 5-10 minutes we had agreed on price (I'd done my homework ahead of time and knew their price was a great deal). My trade in was appraised while I was test driving so we worked out an agreement on trade in value rather quickly. Although they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, Juliana was able to get the car I wanted in the body style I wanted with every option I wanted within 2 days! When I went in to sign all the paperwork, the finance guy wasn't pushy about extra warranties or protection packages Toyota offered. He showed me all the options and we discussed the pro's and con's of each and he let ME decide what, if anything, I wanted. NO PRESSURE! I'm now driving a beautiful new Corolla and I'm glad I went to Acton Toyota to get it. Thanks to my co-workers for recommending them, and a big THANK YOU to Juliana and the other staff in the internet sales office for the best car buying experience I've EVER had. More
