In my 52 years of buying cars, Acton Toyota and my salesman Steve Agusta are the first I have come across that I trust completely. I needed to pick my car up and get back home where I was taking care of some grandkids and had to be there when they came home from school. Steve was scheduled to come in later in the day but came in early for me and walked all the papers through and had me on my way in just a couple of hours. He took care of faxing all the info to my Insurance Agent and got my registration. My experience with the Finance Manager was also excellent. I told him that I did not want any add ons and he said fine and I was out of his office in 10 minutes. I have finally found a Dealer and salesman that I would not hesitate a second to recommend. More

I've purchased a lot of cars in my life and have learned to expect high pressure sales tactics and stress. This time was completely different! My initial contact through email was replied to quickly with to expect high pressure sales tactics and stress. This time was completely different! My initial contact through email was replied to quickly with several vehicles that matched my criteria along with prices that were already several thousand dollars lower than MSRP! My salesman, Steve Jensen, was knowledgeable and friendly and did everything he could to find me the vehicle I wanted. Throughout the entire buying process I felt no pressure whatsoever. They did not insist on looking at my trade before I was ready, in fact I left and came back three times before purchasing. Also, they never attempted to play with the numbers. The only number I was not happy with was my trade, and when I made a counter offer they accepted. Financing was a breeze, and I was shocked that they explained the extras, and if I didn't appear interested they moved on to the next one. They did not try to make you feel foolish for turning any of them down. All numbers were clearly displayed in front of me and the finance person explained each one. Buying a car should be fun - it costs enough, it should be fun! And with Acton Toyota it really is! I've long felt that with all the games that car dealers play, if someone decided to just sell cars at a fair price and not play games they would become the most successful dealer in town. Finally, I found one that figured that out! I will definitely be back for my next truck! More

With rising gas prices, I was looking to trade in my Tacoma and purchase a Toyota Matrix. My main concern was that I got a fair amount for my trade. Carl McPhee (my salesperson) immediately lowered the Tacoma and purchase a Toyota Matrix. My main concern was that I got a fair amount for my trade. Carl McPhee (my salesperson) immediately lowered the selling price of the matrix by $1050, and they also gave me more than I thought they would for my trade ($4000 over Kelley Blue Book trade in value). With a deal like this, I decided there was no need for any more negotiation. (I didn't really have to negotiate anything!) They got my new Matrix cleaned up and I drove it home that night. Everything went smoothly! I would definetly recommend Carl McPhee and the rest of the staff at Acton Toyota. More

Wellington Pereira searched high and low for the 2009 Corolla S that I was looking for, and he kept me abreast of the situation as it unfolded. He was more than willing to set up multiple test drives before I actually settled on the Corolla. He really made buying my first car a much smoother experience than I would have imagined. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, personable staff. Many of the employees have been there for almost as long as we have been going there, which is a testament to how well things are working at this location. I know that as long as I remain in the area, Acton Toyota will be my location for any future car purchases. More
We have purchased two vehicles from Acton Toyota in the past 4 months. After our first wonderful experience, we would not go anywhere else. We think their prices are excellent and they are upfront about everything. I'd recommend getting an Internet quote before you go. That's how we handled both transactions. But, if you do your homework, there are NO surprises. We have dealt with Wellington Pereira (who is the BEST!!!!), Ben (was the finance guy for our first purchase, very good, we didn't buy any "extras" and didn't feel badly about it), Frank (finance guy this last time, also excellent, saved us a good chunk of money in financing and preserved our rebate) and Ken Hsu. Ken handled our delivery the first time. He was very nice and professional, so I had no reservations about dealing with him this time when Wellington was not available. Ken is very nice, very knowledgeable and very patient. I'd give him a 4.5 out of 5 (as opposed to the 5 I'd give the other 3 people we dealt with, actually, I'd give Wellington a 10!!!!) There was some confusion initially regarding financing rates, which resulted in a larger payment (which Frank later straightened out). And with our first purchase, we were never asked for a down payment to hold the car, and Ken did ask us for one. It just made me nervous. Frank also straightened that out immediately. I just felt some pressure from Ken that I had never felt from the dealership before, or from anyone we had dealt with. And pressure makes me (and, I imagine, lots of other people), feel nervous. Acton Toyota has NO REASON to pressure anyone. They are awesome, including Ken. I know that we got two great vehicles at fair prices. The dealership HAS to make some money. Oh, as an aside, they are FINE with not talking about trade-ins, until you decide on a price for the new vehicle. Non of the OK, better price on the new, bad trade in garbage. Summary: Because of our experience, we would not even consider another type of car or another dealership. More
