I went to two Toyota dealerships that are closer to my home to test drive new Toyotas. It wasn't until I requested quotes online that I discovered the gem that is Acton Toyota. While other dealerships would not offer me a quote online, instead trying to invite me to the dealership to negotiate, Bob Raab of Acton Toyota emailed me an actual quote. Not only did he quote me a price on several models, he also emphasized that the price would not change once I arrived at the dealership. I was thrilled when he stood by his word!!!! Judging by the other comments on delerrater.com, this is the norm at Acton Toyota. I will highly reccomend Acton Toyota to my friends and family. Matt showed me a Toyota Corolla S which was exactly what we wanted and we bought it that night. They gave me an extremely fair trade on my old car, more than I had expected to get. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They did everything exactly when they said they would, and evertyhing was exactly as promised. We got a great deal and I was able to drive my new car off the lot within two days of speaking to Matt for the first time. My mother also bought a Corolla S there the previous week. After xomparing our experience we both felt that no matter who was helping us we were consistently treated with fairness and respect, and we both feel like we got a terrific deal. More

Just bought a new Tundra SR5 5.7L. LOVE the truck. Acton Toyota was low key to deal with. I did my homework on pricing, and they sold me the vehicle for a fair price. The truck was spotless when I picked it up, with a full tank of gas. (no small deal these days!) Steve Augusta (sales person/truck specialist) knows his trucks. He was helpful in making sure I had the options needed to safely do the job that the truck needs to do. (pull horse trailer) I had been to another dealership (different manufacturer), where the salesman knew nothing about trucks and the truck he went to show me wouldn't start. Needless to say, I wasn't even interested in driving the darn thing. Steve @ Acton Toyota always had the exact model vehicle that I was interested in, waiting for me, each time I went to test drive.
