When I purchased the car and came in to do the paperwork the entire process was smooth, easy and hassle free. When I picked up the car (a Prius) Ken gave a very thorough explanation of how everything worked. Considering the demand for Prius' at the moment, I believe I would not have been able to get a lower price anywhere else. If I were looking for another Toyota vehicle I would definitely go back to Acton Toyota's Internet Sales Department. I would definitely recommend Acton Toyota. More

I used the Acton Toyota web site after contacting three other MA/NH dealers either in person or via the web. Within minutes of contacting Acton Toyota via the Toyota website (toyota.com) I received an email from Juliana introducing herself and notifying me she was working on a quote. A few minutes later Juliana called me to introduce herself personally and check on my email address. While on the phone her quote came in. The price was less than I had gotten from the other dealers. I made an appointment to take a test drive later that week. When I arrived for the test drive the truck was there and ready to go. Juliana greeted me, asked if there were any question she could answer and off we went. The test drive went fine and since I had a Tacoma previously I didn't have a lot of questions. I left a down payment and all the paperwork was done faster than I expected. Since I was waiting for a buy back check the truck was put on hold for me. When I received the check I went back and Juliana and her team walked me through the rest of the paper work in record time with no hassles and no pressure. Juliana continues to check in with me to make sure I am happy with the truck on a regular basis. Overall the Acton experience has been the best I have had in my many years of driving. I felt respected and treated exceptionally well. The Action team was professional throughout the experience! Would I recommend Acton! ABSOLUTELY. My 4 year old Toyota was just north of 100,000 miles and thought it was time to think about a new one. I researched new prices and the value of my car and then began to shop online. The clear ressponse was important because I didn't want to waste time at a dealerships putting on a sales pitch. So I made an appointment and went down. When I arrived Anthony was busy with a walk in customer but immediately saw to it that another sales rep take care of me. I got a firm value for my car which I thought was very fair and in less than two hours I had purchased a new toyota corolla. Picking up the car a few days later was a breeze. No trip to the registry, insurance agency etc... I promtly received my registration in the mail with a check for 29.00 for inspection. They have also followed up several times with emails to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend Anthony Clarke at Acton Toyota and the rest of their team. More

I was going to buy a new Toyota Sienna, but then switched and bought a Prius. For the Sienna, the "Internet" price was very good, even a little lower than the consumer reports suggested fair price. For the Prius, of course, there was a long waiting list, so the price was near MSRP. In both cases, the price quoted included everything and there were no hidden charges or fees. Juliana Chaves was very pleasant and professional. I got straight answers and there was no playing around or games of any type. The car is great and my experience at Acton Toyota was excellent. Of course, I still long for that excellent price I could have got for the Sienna...but on the other hand, I think I'm getting over 50 mpg on the Prius (the display says 60, but I won't believe it until I finally drive enough miles to buy a tank of gas and check myself). There was, as he stated, the best price for the car and this was most honest car sales experience I have delt with, and that goes for the other salesmen st this dealership I met with as well. In detail the friendlness of the dealership great, the price was better than was given to me at another dealership without the haggle and the this price was below invoice as stated. When we picked up the car everything was on time as was promised. We went to 2 dealer ships on the South shore one of them very close to my home,we looked , test drove a SE loved it then the bickering began we could not stand it, thay were nice but talked to us like we were little kids, in the end we said no thank you we will shop around, and the salesman said you won't find a better deal anywhere and take my card because you will call me. We then went a little further to a "Family owned" dealer. Salesman was great but the Finance mgr was absalutly brutal we got a good price but when I asked about 2.9% it seemed he got a little peeved and raised the price of the SE and drop the price of my trade in. I went on line to ACTON Toyota he gave me bottom line prices in 15 min's wife and I drove out their and ended up buying an XLE w/ all the bells and whistles except GPS (did't want it) much less than the SE at the other 2, got a better # on my trade in. and actually got treated with the UPMOST RESPECT AND POLITENESS from BOB RABB (SALES) PETER RAKAUSKAS (FINANCE) and the people in service.
