I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life ranging from economy cars to Lexus and this was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience. Form the prompt e-mail responses to the follow up phone cal from economy cars to Lexus and this was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience. Gave me the wrong information about the price, then refused to negotiate. Walked out. Felt like they were trying to rip me off. Acton's pricing is too high and they are living off their rep. No sale. More
Wellington was helpfull on the Phone before we met him.The showroom experience was better, our trade was appraised fairly and the car we wanted was priced in the range we wanted to pay. I went to this dealership looking for a specific vehicle with a specific build, Steve spent quite a bit of time trying to locate exactly what i was looking for, he didn't try to sell me something that i was with a specific build, Steve spent quite a bit of time trying to locate exactly what i was looking for, he didn't try to sell me something that i wasn't really interested in, I ended up having Toyota build me a 2009 Tacoma built to my specification, was quoted a 7 week delivery, truck was delivered to the dealership in 6 weeks, very happy with the vehicle and Steve's efforts. I found our experience to be a wonderful experience. We knew which vehicle we wanted to see and Mr. O'Leary made the whole experience easy and as stress free as possible. We were greeted at the door and as he was with another customer, shown to a waiting area with coffee and donuts as well as juice for our children. As soon as he was able, he showed us the van and sent us on a test drive. When we returned, Mr. O'Leary answered all our questions knowledgeably, quickly, and without any hesitation. As we began the process of purchasing the vehicle, any questions that we had were answered immediately. Additional services such as an alarm system and a remote starter where shown to us as options (prices given right up front) but there was no pressure to purchase any of them. They were laid out as an option but we were left to decide which ones if any we wanted. He was able to assist us in filling out the paperwork and it was done quickly yet without feeling rushed. As we shifted to the finanicial person, he introduced us by name, made sure we knew that if we had any problems to let him know. Again during the meeting with the finanicial person, he was efficient, explaining our options yet not pushing for any particular one. We felt that we were getting the package that included what we wanted, not anything more or less. As we were leaving the dealership, Mr. O'Leary made a point of saying goodbye and he would be in touch or see us when we came to pick up the vehicle. Mr. O'Leary treated our family in a friendly, curteous, and respectful manner. He answered questions from the children with as much attention as he gave us. I was interested in a Prius and knew that there would be a waiting list. What I appreciated dealing with Acton Toyota was that they readily gave me detailed pricing information,realistic wait times, and ot a waiting list. The message was to get on the list and be happy. I also valued that A.T. didn't take advantage of the high consumer demand to command premium pricing from their customer. My brother-in-law just paid $2500 over sticker for a Prius in Dallas. Lastly, Wellington Pereira took a lot of time to go over the features of the car so we had a pretty good working knowledge of the car before leaving. He did such a good job that I was able to program on the navigation system a backroads way home to avoid an accident on Rt 128, without having to read the manual! More
