I would like to apologize for not being better informed of your situation. As the manager of our Internet Sales Department, I am responsible for knowing all that occurs within it, but with yours I did not. I did not know we continually failed you in making frequent contact regarding the status of your order and wait time. I also did not know that the vehicle we ultimately delivered you was not as you specified. Our dealership and specifically Internet department prides itself on delivering a positive buying experience. We know we are not perfect and will make mistakes, but we then wish to do everything in our power to correct or better a negative situation/experience. This is why we offered to secure you a brand new Prius at no charge (just an even exchange with your current Prius) so that you could get the interior color you really wanted. And although you ultimately did not pursue this offer, I hope and believe you are fully satisfied with how we handled and resolved your unfortunate negative experience.
