By far the best experience buying a car. Bob Gaudet was a real pleasure to do business with. Bob was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction. At no point did Bob put any undue pressure on us a real pleasure to do business with. Bob was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction. At no point did Bob put any undue pressure on us and was genuinely concerned with finding exactly the vehicle we wanted. Next time we are in the market we will definitely be coming back. More

Overall, a very good experience with Acton Toyota. I already knew the car I wanted and the price I should pay, and it was easy to work out a deal over the internet. When we visited for a test drive, th already knew the car I wanted and the price I should pay, and it was easy to work out a deal over the internet. When we visited for a test drive, they were low pressure and very acocomadating to the pressures of car shopping with a 2 year old. Tom (our internet salesperson) was friendly and helpful, but still relatively new there and perhaps a bit inexperienced about the cars. The dealership had the highest quality experience of any Toyota and Honda dealerships we visited while shopping for my car. S.A.K. More
Steve Jensen was the most knowledgeable salesman I've dealt with for many years -- perhaps ever -- explaining the car and answering all of our questions. He was also very friendly and conscietious, foll dealt with for many years -- perhaps ever -- explaining the car and answering all of our questions. He was also very friendly and conscietious, following up on our every meeting or conversation within a day or two, but WITHOUT BEING PUSHY or "high-powered." He seems to understand that a superior product, like the Prius, will sell itself once the customer is fully informed of its merits. Yes, your nice, new, QUIET showroom helps too. More
The whole buying experience at Acton Toyota was outstanding. Julianna gave as a fair and accurate price from the start and was very pleasant. For an informed buyer this made a big difference. Other dealers had lots of hidden costs, but at Acton there really weren't any surprises. More
I would give Mr. Pereira and Acton Toyota the highest recommendation. Mr. Pereira was pleasant and personable, but not overwhelming; he kept his good nature during the several discussions we had about t recommendation. Mr. Pereira was pleasant and personable, but not overwhelming; he kept his good nature during the several discussions we had about the car and price. He was never pushy. He was forthcoming about breaking down the price into its components, so the discussions were straightforward. He clearly knew the car (Prius), and could discuss it from a technical/engineering angle. He gave us a thorough guided tour of the car when we picked it up, and explained the "why" as well as "where," in terms of the hybrid features and controls. Mr. Pereira came highly recommended by a friend, and we can understand why. More
I was referred to Acton Toyota by friends. When I went, I met the used car manager who introduced me to one of the Acton Toyota Truck specialists, Steve Augusta. Steve asked me what I was looking for, how I would be using it, and if I had seen one on the lot. I advised him I saw one near what I was looking for, but in the wrong color. Steve checked his vehicle inventory and assured me he had several others on satellite lots (this was prior to the move to Littleton). Steve answered all my questions pertaining to the addition of options, the time to prep the vehicle if purchased, and introduced me to the financial/business personnel who would be involved with the process. After a short amount of information transfer, Steve advised me that I qualified for the available zero percent financing. With finance questions resolved, Steve offered me a price for the truck that I could not refuse. The entire "purchasing a new vehicle process" was perhaps the smoothest purchase I have ever made. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, helpful, and could not refrain from mentioning the new Littleton facility due to open soon after. Options were added to my vehicle as specified, and the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and prepped prior to my receiving it. One friend of mine has already purchased a new vehicle through Steve Augusta, and I openly refer him and Acton Toyota to anyone I think may be looking for a new or used vehicle. Although I hope my new Tundra lasts for numerous years, I will be back to Acton Toyota for any future vehicle purchases. Thank you for an easy and courteous experience. Jim D. More
Last Summer. I started looking for a Prius. I roughly Last Summer. I started looking for a Prius. I roughly knew what I wanted. It was just a matter of finding the right dealer. Everyone told me I wo Last Summer. I started looking for a Prius. I roughly knew what I wanted. It was just a matter of finding the right dealer. Everyone told me I would have to pay the sticker price because of the demand. Friends recommended different dealers. I went to one of the largest. We talked price. When my wife and I went back the following week, the price was $100 more. When I asked why, we were told "the car may have other options on it." When I asked which options, the salesman didn't know, but said the car would cost $100 more. We left and decided not to buy the car there. I went to another dealer. The salesman didn't seem to care if I bought the car from him. He told me it would be a 4 to 6 months wait for the car and I could order it then and there. I walked away. I searched the internet. Within a 1/2 hour, I had 30 e-mails trying to sell me the car. I called the one nearest me and asked the finance rate. The salesman said he couldn't tell me over the phone. He said when I went to the dealership, the first thing they would have me do is make out a credit application. I told him the first thing I would do is look at and drive the car. Meanwhile, Steve Jensen was one of the people who had I had e-mailed a response to my initial inquiry. He wasn't pushy and aggressive and I continued to e-mail him back. I also liked the internet price he was offering although I somewhat thought the car was overpriced. That's the reason for the #4 rating on the price. I also went on the internet where they rate Toyota dealers. Acton Toyota was on top of the list. I told Steve I would come to the dealership July 17th. I was pleased when I met him and he offered me information about the Prius that no one else had told me. He spent a lot of time with me and seemed to care about my car-buying experience. I signed the papers and called my wife and told her this was the best and easiest experience I'd ever had buying a car. We waited 19 weeks and it was worth it. Last Friday, we picked up the car and my wife met Steve for the first time. She was genuinely impressed with Steve and the dealership. We met with Peter Rakauskas about financing and that was also a pleasant experience. Then Steve spent time with us in the car explaining many of the features about the car. I'm sure we didn't digest it all and will probably either call or come back for more instructions. I hate buying cars. I've always felt I was dealing with horse traders and dreaded car shopping. This is one of the reasons we keep our cars a long time. This was easy and quite pleasant. We've bought what I think is a great car from an excellent dealership. I hope I'm right! More
THIS IS THE 2nd VEHICLE I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ACTON TOYOTA AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY WONDERFUL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND FINANCING THAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. THEY WERE TOYOTA AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY WONDERFUL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND FINANCING THAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. THEY WERE EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE IN DEALING WITH MY SCHEDULE, WITH NONE OF THE USUAL PRESSURE I'VE EXPERIENCED WITH OTHER DEALERS, NONE OF THE "I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU THIS DEAL IF YOU PURCHASE BY (DATE)". I CAME IN WITH SOME CREDIT ISSUES, AND RIGHT AWAY THEY WENT TO WORK ON "HOW CAN WE MAKE THIS WORK FOR YOU". I HAVE NOTHING BUT HUGE PRAISE AND RESPECT FOR HOW PROFESSIONALLY THEY HANDLE PEOPLE, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM HIGHLY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN THE MARKET FOR A TOYOTA. More
The price was good, but could have been better if my credit was better, so I guess that is more on me. Customer service was really good except for communication about when my car would be ready. They credit was better, so I guess that is more on me. Customer service was really good except for communication about when my car would be ready. They sold me a car that wasn't actually there. To be fair, they were in the middle of a move. It took almost a week longer than if the car was in inventory. And my salesman, while good, could have been more pro-active in keeping me up-to-date on the status. All of that said, the whole process was great. No pressure. I was there only once and found the car I wanted/needed. It was not the usual back and forth nonsense that buying a car can become. I was very pleased and will go back! More
