I bought my last car at Acton Toyota and was so pleased with the experience and outstanding service that I didn't even shop around for this next new car. I came straight to Acton Toyota. My sales person did an outstanding job, he even came in when he was not scheduled to work, just to accomodate me. On the day I took delivery of the car, a bad snow storm was predicted, and Gareth made sure my car was ready earlier than it had been scheduled. I am already familiar with the level of customer service provided by the service department. I know I will enjoy my Avalon for years. Thank you Acton Toyota. More
My wife and I decided that it was time to buy a new Toyota. Being senior citizens, we need reliability and unfortunately have not had benefit of that in our last few vehicles. We went to Acton Toyot Toyota. Being senior citizens, we need reliability and unfortunately have not had benefit of that in our last few vehicles. We went to Acton Toyota to look at the 2009 Corolla and upon arrival were assigned to Ken Hsu. Ken promptly greeted us and immediately made us comfortable. We spent time considering our options and then looked at several vehicles on the lot. Since they did not have the model availabe in the color we wanted, Ken immediately began the search of other dealer inventories. At that time we placed our order, anticipating delivery right after the New Year. We were pleasently surprised when Ken called the very next day to inform us that our car was available. We went back that evening to close the deal and take possession of the new vehicle. After Ken helped us move our stuff from the old car to the new, we went to the finance office to close the deal (another good experience). In the meantime, Ken transferred our plates. After completing the closing, Ken took us to a local gas station and filled our gas tank. We then drove our new Corolla LE home. Thanks, Ken. All in all, a great experience. But it does not end there. Two days later, later realized that we had left our cell phone charger in the console of our old car. We notified Ken, but expecting that we had lost the charger. The next day Ken call to advise us that our charger was on his desk and we could pick it up at our convienence. Yea, Ken!. More

Juliana and Acton Toyota were the perfect match for me. With professionaland knowledgeable service, Juliana provided me with quotes and answered all of my questions over e-mail. Every message I sent was followed up with a response from her in less than one hour. When we met, she was friendly, courteous, and helpful, guiding me through the buying process quickly and efficiently. When I picked up my car the next day, she met me at the arranged time and completed the sale, making sure I was comfortable with the car before I drove off. Even after the sale, I found she is still there for me. I left my transponder in my trade-in and e-mailed her about the issue. She was able to retrieve it and hold it for me. Now that's service! I would highly recommend her and Acton Toyota to all! More

Steve was terrific, he exceeded my expectations. He was patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as I needed. Juliana was knowledgeable about the Sienna that we were interested in. She was good to work with and persistent on getting us answers and following up. However, not everyone there was as easy to work with or as informative. In regards to pricing, Acton beat their competition, but not without significant negotiation. They weren't the cheapest from the onset and definitely took prodding. Finalizing the deal went very smoothly and there were absolutely no surprises, which is extremely important. Their finance person, Frank, went through the options and didn't obscenely push anything, which is certainly known to be the case with dealerships. Overall, it was a good experience. I'm hoping that their service support is as easy to work with. More
The experience at Acton Toyota was very positive from the online quote (only company to provide me with one up front) to the interaction with the Internet Sales person, Tom Downing. I expected to be at the dealership for an extended period of time and was surprised to find that the entire process (test drive to completing required paperwork) to purchase my new car took less that 2.5 hours! Right away we knew what we wanted, and moments after Mr. Augusta had a whole list of his inventory and was showing us our options (something we had asked for and been denied at several other dealers due to the fact they were trying to sell the highest they could -- instead of help us). After the inventory, we wanted to try the 5.7L tundra and the 4.7L so we could compare and decide what we wanted -- instead of trying to sell us on the 5.7L he let the truck sell itself. After we knew we wanted a 5.7L -- we went back into the showroom and I really just decided that I wanted the blue Tundra right in the showroom! He pulled it out of the showroom while i was returning to the dealership -- not knowing whether or not i would even show up. Needless to say -- I have a beautiful blue TRD 5.7L Tundra sitting in my driveway -- and while the price was a bit better than average -- the service really made us buy the truck. I recently bought a new Prius. The sales process was a breeze. Steve was a delight to work with: not pushy, friendly and listened for what I wanted.
