My wife and I went to the dealership not knowing for sure whether we would buy a new car. After much debate and hours logged at the dealership we ended up purchasing a new Corolla. Our salesman Kevin was very professional and went out of his way to make the expereince a good one for us. His managers tried to beat us down and play hardball (which is expected of course) but throughout the whole process Keviv remained professional and did his work as a salesman. We had serveral issues with mis-communication on financing/pricing on the car. The dealership honored the pricing/financing the gave us even though they had given us the incorrect #'s. Bottom line we had a good experience getting our car and would reccomend this dealership to others looking for a vehicle. The facility is 1st class and we are very happy with the car. More

I normally don't write reviews about things on the internet, but the service here was so good that I absolutely MUST write something. I read about all the good reviews here on this dealership and tho internet, but the service here was so good that I absolutely MUST write something. I read about all the good reviews here on this dealership and thought, "that can't be true". I drove 25 miles to this dealership just to see and I have to say that they're all true. First, I came in about a particular car I saw on their website. Ken was very friendly and told me where the car was and let me look at it at my leisure. The car was obviously very well taken care of and everything looked great so we came back and asked about the price. The negotiation was about as painless as it could be and he gave me a good price for the car. He even let me look up the Kelly Blue Book value ON HIS COMPUTER! Even more impressive, he beat that price. I still had reservations but still wanted the car. So I asked if I could get it checked out by my mechanic. He offered to sell me the car at the agreed on price contingent on my mechanic and my wife's approval. I had never heard anything like this before being in a sales contract! Anyway, I took it to the mechanic and he said everything was great except the oil pan (about $300). I told Ken and he's getting the dealership to fix that part for free. Talk about service! They have a customer for life. Really. I'm coming back for my next purchase and I'm going to recommend this place to my friends and family. More
We visited Acton Toyota to test drive a RAV-4. The dealership is clean and new and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. At the time, we were not prepared to negotiate or buy and we were not pressured to do so. After doing additional research, we returned to Acton Toyota to purchase a vehicle. Tom was helpful and organized, and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. We had a long wait for inspection/registration several days later, but the dealership has a comfortable waiting area with a cafeteria and wireless internet. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Acton Toyota highly. More

Being short on time, I appreciated how a quick email or two covered test drive, negotiation (if you cold call it that - no one was near what they offered), arrangement for purchase and delivery. On top of that - it was a surprise for my husband, so delivery was complete with balloons and a bow! Acton Toyota has a huge showroom and LOTS of cars in on the lot - it must span 10 acres. But this didn't feel like a "big dealer" experience. I was greeted promptly, professionally, and by the most friendly people around. Their facility is amazing, but ultimately it's how you're treated that counts. I feel like I was "treated" and actually look forward to my first routine service visit. This was a car buying experience I would gladly repeat. More

He truly made our car buying experience fun. Not only was he very knowledgeable about our car, but he also made us feel like he was working on our behalf, making sure that we were happy every step of the way. Joe Tosi aided us with financing and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final figures. When we picked the car up Travis really took the time to go through and explain our new car to us. We have visited Acton Toyota several times in the past few weeks and although it's almost an hour from our house the honesty and respect we were treated with made the drive well worth it. In a nutshell Acton Toyota won't hound you with daily phone calls and high-pressure e-mails to "buy now before the deal is over", like some other dealerships! What Acton Toyota will do is help you get exactly what you want out of a car buying experience. They'll make sure all your questions and concerns are answered and spend as much time as it takes to ensure you are pleased. We agreed on a price and sat down with the Financing office. We went with the tire/road assistance and the electric start. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it wasn't ready and it had no inspection sticker, I would have to come back another day to get it inspected. It was a cold January nite when we picked it up, my husband and I were kind of surprised and irritated we were outside going over all the functions of the car at pick-up, shouldn't this be done inside in the warm bay? A couple nights later we used the electric start from inside a store, when we came out, we couldn't unlock the doors with the remote. No big deal I thought, I'll mention it to them on Saturday when I go back for my inspection sticker. Well I was told that feature is an extra $100.00. We were never told there different features or choices with the electric start. We have had numerous electric starts and they all unlock your car. I called Tom and Ed, the finance person. They said don't worry, we'll take care of it, it won't cost you anything. Tom was supposed to schedule an appointment, but forgot. When I called the morning of my appointment to confirm, he said "I never knew you had a problem with your electric start" Well needless to say, I was furious with that statement. I came to the dealership anyway because I wanted the problem fixed. I talked to Brian Harding about my electric start issue. He said he'd have someone look into it. He called me a couple hours later and said "the technician was working on your car, that the unlocking feature was an extra $70.00 and the technician was only going to be here another 45 minutes, what do you want him to do??" I told him I wanted it fixed and was told it would be no charge. He checked with a salesmanager, because both Tom and Ed were outside cleaning snow off the cars. He was able to get that extra feature put in, but after many phone calls and a big headache. Long story short, I have bought 4 cars from Bernardi Toyota and Never had any problems. Probably won't go back to Acton. More
Buying our Sienna XLE ltd was a great experience. On contrary, Richard was very friends and gave us full space to explore different options. He encouraged us to try all the vehicles that we were interested in. Pricing was just right and deal was done in few minutes. Staff was very friendly too and all the ppwk was done without much delay. When we went to pick the Vehicle, it looked brand new. It was shinning like a star. They absolutely did a great job. Richard gave his personal cell number for any future query or service. He even followed through email to make sure that we are enjoying our vehicle. I can recommend Richard any day for a good service. Thanks. More
Without a doubt, one of the finest dealership experiences I have had since purchasing my first vehicle in 1967. Richard Hamel and Steve Jensen made the decision to purchase a Tacoma an easy one. I have never been able in the past to strike a deal on any Toyota truck with other dealerships. As a result, I have owned a half dozen Nissan trucks in the last 20 years. I decided to switch brands as a result of the manner in which I was treated at Acton Toyota and the fine product that I test drove. It's really an incredible dealership with facilities that are exceptional in addition to an outstanding staff of sales, finance, and service personnel. More
