On behalf of everyone at Acton Toyota, I would like to apologize for this unfortunate circumstance. What should have been a seemingly easy issue for us to correct, snow-balled into a very frustrating situation for you. What is most disappointing, however, is that this situation would have been completely avoided if all remote starter options had properly been presented from the get-go. We pride ourselves on our promise to provide our customers with all options and all information. Unfortunately, in this case we failed to make good on this promise. We certainly understand if decide not to conduct business with our dealership again.
