Kevin was even kind enough to share the sale with Richard in order to speed the process along. While there may be dealers with more glitzy advertising, they won't deliver more choice or a better price. When I arrived, John was with a customer, but I was quickly taken care of by Ben until John was free. I test drove a few vehicles and finally settled on leasing a new Corolla. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and I greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff in answering all of my questions. While John was my salesman, I felt that the team, including Shawnee, Ed, and Scott, all worked to support me in this experience and make it a very positive one too. They all contributed to coming up with a plan that worked with my budget, while helping me choose a car that came equipped with all of the features I wanted. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle! More
Last week I bought my Camry LE and the Customer Service was good. I was helped right away . My appointment was with Neil O'Leary. The quality of his work was excellent and the quality of the car seems great too. We know Neil a long time because we bought more cars from him. He is always friendly and you get answer on all the questions we have. The building is so beautiful too and easy to get to too. So many cars to chose from . I had a nice cup of coffee and everything went smooth. So I am satisfied and my overall experience is that we can trust them. I looked on the computer what the price was and Neil accepted that . Hope the car last a long time and I will surely go back to Littleton for the next car because we have been going to this dealer for 30 years. The location is very easy to get there. More

We received a good deal on the car with the price being lower than Edmunds TMV and Invoice. Steve is a pleasure to work with. He listens to the customer and is not a high pressure salesman. Steve works on the dot com side which allowed us to get close to a deal before setting foot in the show room. But don't take that as a slight on the show room. The new building in Littleton is awesome. Overall we were very satisfied with our car buying experience. More

While I was doing a test drive, he was evaluating my trade-in. The deal with all the paperwork was done in roughly an hour. I can't comment what the experience would be walking in off the street. But I'd recommend checking out the internet sales process, especially if you have a good idea of what you want. More
We went out shopping specifically for a Toyota Sienna. We had done pricing research on our own and found the lowest price out there (advertised at a different dealership). The service we received from everyone we encountered was outstanding. We walked in and the receptionist called Travis McCarthy over to speak with us. He was extremely professional and courteous and also worked with us to get the price we were aiming for. We would shop there again in a heartbeat - and would ask specifically for Travis! It does sound though like Acton Toyota of Littleton does care a ton about giving outstanding service, so I'm sure anyone would be helpful. Thank you for caring about your customer's experience! More

I told him I was looking for a late model, certified used Corolla and how much I could afford to spend. He was very patient with me as we emailed back and forth for a few days. Then to my surprise he suggested a brand new Corolla, in the color I wanted, for only a little more than I'd stipulated. When I met Wellington and looked at the car, I was so impressed. Wellington was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process. While I took the car for a test drive, he assessed the value of my trade-in, managing to offer me enough for it so that my total cost was within my budget. He took lots of time explaining all the new features and how everything works. At no time did I feel pressured by this personable young man. Instead I felt he went the extra mile to find the perfect car for me at a price I could afford. More
