Thank you for your kind words. They are much appreciated, especially by Tomas who joined us earlier this month. I apologize there was a mix-up and mistake on our part regarding delivery time. I am pleased to know we resolved the issue in a reasonable manner for you, however, I understand it still slightly diminished the joy of picking up your new van. I am sorry. Ken feels badly and apologies he underperformed with the removal and adjustment of the middle seat in your Sienna. I’ve worked with Ken for nearly 5 years and have always known him to possess exceptional product knowledge and operation. However, clearly his familiarity with this aspect of the Sienna needs improvement. Knowing Ken, I am certain his next Sienna delivery with 8 passenger seating will be stellar. I too apologize for this, but thank you for your comments so Ken may continue to improve. Please enjoy your brand new Sienna and let us know if you have any questions or would like assistance.
