Buying a new car is not something I feel I am especially good at, so visiting a new-to-me dealership, looking at cars, figuring out what would best fit my needs and then putting together all the financial p good at, so visiting a new-to-me dealership, looking at cars, figuring out what would best fit my needs and then putting together all the financial pieces is not an activity I look forward to. The whole "car dealer" world feels foreign and wild to me. I have to say then, that my experience with Acton Toyota must be as civilized as it can get. First of all, I was impressed with how "normal" and friendly everyone I met was, whether or not I was working with them. No one was pushy or overbearing at any time -- such a relief! Steve worked with me and later introduced me to Shawnee in case I had questions in the future. That way one or the other would be able and available to speak knowledgeably with me. Over the course of the next week, I found everyone concerned to be friendly, courteous, well-informed and always responsive to quesions whether they be in person, over the phone or by e-mail. This has all made a big difference to me. I love my new car, and feel I know people in the dealership who I can talk to in the future. More

I visited another dealership where I felt high pressure to buy a vehicle immediately. It turned me off so I decided to check out Acton Toyota. Steve approached me and my father as we were looking at a RAV4 to buy a vehicle immediately. It turned me off so I decided to check out Acton Toyota. Steve approached me and my father as we were looking at a RAV4 on the showroom floor. He was very friendly and invited us over to his desk where he showed us on the computer the deal he could give me. No pressure, no "let me check with my manager", just honest respectful treatment which I appreciated. He gave me good value for my trade-in and I left happy I had made a good deal. I returned two days later to pick up my vehicle. Steve came over right away to greet me and assured me I would soon be on my way. He took the time to show me the features of my new RAV and told me to call him anytime should any issue arise. Then he sent me off in my new truck with a smile and a wave. My father was impressed and said next time he is in the market for a vehicle, he's going to Acton Toyota and I'm definitely recommending the dealership to everyone. Just a very positive experience. When first researching minivans online, I requested price quotes online through a third party and almost immediately, Ken from Acton Toyota emailed me with a price quote. He was the only one who emailed me with an actual price quote for a specific model of the Toyota Sienna 09. He and I corresponded via email several times to get an exact quote for the specific Sienna model I was looking for. The quote was quite competitive and low and we decided then to come in to the dealership for a test drive. The day we visited the dealership showroom, Ken was busy at the time with some other customers, so Tomas helped us with showing us the car and talking prices. He was very respectful, friendly, and tried to be as helpful as he could with showing the features of the car. When talking prices, both Tomas and his manager Ben Koller were very upfront and honest about pricing. We didn't make our decision that day, but later on we decided to buy from Acton Toyota because we already had a relationship with them and the vehicle we test drove we actually liked the color and other features. Overall both Tomas and Ken were very professional and courteous in dealing with us. There was some miscommunication in the final details about picking up our car, however, and we thought the car would be ready on Monday afternoon around 2pm, but somehow the message was not delivered to Ken or Tomas and the car wasn't ready when we wanted to pick up the car. Ken did do his best to rectify the situation and we were able to get our car a few hours after that. But that little miscommunication did put a little damper on our enthusiasm in getting our new car at Acton Toyota. Also, I was a little disappointed with Ken's knowledge of our 8 passenger Sienna. When I asked him to demonstrate how the center seat of the middle row moved and worked, he had a really hard time showing me how to take the seat out and adjust the seat. He was a bit rough handling the seat, often tugging and yanking a but hard. It probably took him at least 20 minutes to figure out how to get the seat out. He finally did, but it did not boost my confidence in his ability or knowledge of the car. My husband tried at home and was able to do it in 2 minutes without any help or guidance from me (he was not there to pick up the car). I hope all salespeople would have intricate knowledge about each car and how it operates in every aspect. More

I was moving to US and this was my first experience buying a car in US. And it was great, I've got complete information over the Internet including all fees, financing options etc. Steve was awesome - buying a car in US. He has even handled return of my rental car. Finance department offered smaller APR based on recent special offer without me even asking for it. Prior to the purchase of my beautiful 2006 Toyota Sienna, I had very negative experiences with dealerships. I was still upset from a prior visit to a dealership, and truthfully was not looking forward to buying a minivan. However I was running out of time, as my kids quickly got bigger, and I had to make the big decision. Talking to several coworkers at my school, they encouraged me to check out Acton Toyota of Littleton. They kept telling me about the reliability of their vehicles after so many miles and so many years. One Saturday afternoon I walked into Acton Toyota with my husband, still not too thrilled about the next few hours of my day. My mood completely changed as I first approached the receptionist at the desk. She had a huge smile on her face, asked what she could do for me, and then called over the salesperson to help me out. That is when I met Steve Augusta, who was kind and respectful from the start. He was an outstanding listener, really figuring out what is my main objective in a vehicle. I told Steve that I was looking for a used minivan, and he immediatley went into action. He showed us current listings of the minivans, and I immediately picked out one that caught my eye. From that point on, Steve led us through the other steps up until the purchase of the vehicle. I was thrilled! The whole process Steve was able to answer all of my questions clearly and accurately, not trying to sell me something I couldn't afford or didn't want. He knew me as a customer to know what exactly I was looking for, and was just genuinely happy to help. The Acton Toyota Dealership in Littleton is an outstanding facility. They are also very lucky to have such an amazing salesperson. This experience has shown me that buying a car can be an enjoyable experience. Now, about a month after my purchase, I absolutely love my Toyota Sienna. What a beautiful ride! I thank Steve and the dealership for allowing me to have such a positive car-buying experience! More
I tried to get an online price quote and didn't hear from them. I stopped by the dealership to see the cars. The price for a Matrix was way over the Edmunds MSRP never mind the realistic price.
