As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us and were so friendly. No one pressured you for a sale, like some other dealerships. We had already dealt with Tom on-line and he had everything ready for us to friendly. No one pressured you for a sale, like some other dealerships. We had already dealt with Tom on-line and he had everything ready for us to look at when we walked in. They are very organized with the receptionist paging/finding the sales team. Tom showed us around the dealership, which is an unbelievable place! We were offered a free beverage, etc. Then he let us test drive the car by ourselves, which I thought was unusual(usually the salesman comes in the car with you). The car was in tremendous shape for a used vehicle, and it didn't take me long to decide to purchase it. There were a few scratches on the bumper and I asked if they could paint it and touch this and that up, which they did! Tom had it ready for me in a few days, paperwork, sticker, new plate! I can't say it enough, but what a wonderful experience it was to work with this dealership and Tom!! He's a great and pleasant guy!! More

I have been continually impressed with their customer service. I thoroughly appreciated the hassle free internet car buying experience. Bob Rabb knew his products and was able to understand my preferences. He made it easy for me to test drive 3 vehicles and I eventually returned to the Camry as he thought I might. I will continue to do business with Acton Toyota! More
I had decided to look for a Camry Hybrid after doing much research on vehicles. One Saturday, I requested an online price quote from Acton Toyota and within about 1 hour, Steve Jensen responded to my reques research on vehicles. One Saturday, I requested an online price quote from Acton Toyota and within about 1 hour, Steve Jensen responded to my request with a quote and also prices for additional options that were available. I called to talk with him but was handed to Ben Koller because Steve was busy with a customer. I told Ben what I was interested in and what I would like to pay and he agreed to my price which was a little less than the fair-priced online quote I had been given. I based my price on the Edmunds TMV price. I set up a time to come test drive a Camry Hybrid on the lot that same day. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who offered me a drink and then paged Steve for me. He came over right away and showed me the Camry they had brought over for me to test drive. He was so nice and showed me the various features of the car before I took it out for a spin. It was so nice to test drive a car without a sales person in the car. When I returned from the drive, I mentioned that I would like to purchase the car but in another color. Steve and Ben were able to locate the color I wanted from another dealer. Both these guys are very friendly and they were a pleasure to do business with. I never felt pressured to buy, was given all the information I needed and told to take all the time I needed to make a decision. I set an appointment to pick up the car and it was ready as promised. The only negative thing I can think of was that I did feel a little pressured to purchase the extended warranty in the finance department which I did not want. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone. More
I went to Acton Toyota basically to rule it out before I began the long arduous search for a new car. I had been there several years before and although the customer service was good they could not offer t began the long arduous search for a new car. I had been there several years before and although the customer service was good they could not offer the lower prices of larger dealers. What a surprise this visit was to their new showroom. I had spent the previous weekend at a dealer in Framingham who basically wanted nothing to do with me until I was ready to work with only them. I feared that auto dealers had regressed to the high pressure tactics in this economy. I went to Acton Toyota on a Thursday evening one hour before closing, Wellington was patient, showed me all the different options - newer used cars, new cars, etc. By the time I left that evening I had a more than fair quote for my trade in, and a written estimate for a new Camry. I don't think I even shared whether I was interested in a purchasing a car today, next week or next month. The customer service Wellington provided was not focused on the "when" I was buying, but on making me comfortable to return to this dealership at any point. I went home that evening, did a bit of research on the computer, by the time I logged on to my computer the next morning Wellington had already emailed a thank you for visiting note, I shared my research numbers from on-line, Wellington accepted my offer, and that very evening I drove off in my new Camry! What a refreshing experience. Acton Toyota took the pain out of the car buying experience and actually made it enjoyable. More
