I found that dealing with the people at Acton Toyota turned out to be a pleasurable experience. I've always dreaded the old "I'll have to go ask my manager about this" game. I find that sort of thing to be an insult to the customer's intelligence. At the Acton dealership I found that the people that work there seemed genuinely happy to be of service and to truly like working there as well. They gave me the vehicle information I wanted and I felt no pressure to stay and make a deal. After talking to the sales person for quite some time I was actually encouraged to take my time and think about it if that was what I wanted to do. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had and if anyone is in the market for a new or used car I would strongly suggest that you take the time to at least visit this dealership and even let them show you around in one of their "limo" golf carts. This was our frst purchase from Acton Toyota. The sales personel were wonderful. We toured the facilities which are very customer friendly. There was no high pressure just what we were looking for. We purchased a new RAV4 over the internet using Juliana Chaves as our salesperson. Juliana was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain the various style models and options availble to Chaves as our salesperson. Juliana was very friendly and knowledgable. I understand why they are Dealer of the Year. Dreading having to use a dealer to buy a car, I started w/their extremely good internet site and used the internet purchasing process. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and matched me perfectly to the correct car ('09 Yaris). The price was great and communication was timely. Everything went on schedule and handled very efficiently. The delivery was another surprise -- it's in an enclosed area and the salesman made sure I was familiar with everything. I can't recommend them highly enough! More

I bought a 2009 Highlander Hybrid from Ken Hsu after researching the vehicle and price-shopping online. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. We recently bought a used Hybrid Highlander from Travis McCarthy. Although we have had several different Toyotas serviced at Acton Toyota this was the first time we bought one at this dealer. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Travis and we only had one surprise when we picked up the Highlander, Travis had put a big bow on it and filled it with balloons when my wife went to pick it up:) This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, no high pressure sales tactics and the finance manager sell was not too high pressure either. The only thing I would change is the price as we had been looking at some other Highlander's that were comparable in features and were a little cheaper, but the excellent service at Acton Toyota won us over and we are very happy with our purchase, as we know from personal experience that Acton Toyota provides great service. I would highly recommend going to Acton Toyota. The sales staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Even better, you don't feel like you're walking into car commercial whe sales staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. They also have free Wi-Fi when waiting for repairs to get done. Overall a great experience! More
Steve did a nice job of helping us out of a tough situation. We went in looking for a used car and then after talking with Steve realized getting a leased vehicle was a better option on a number of situation.
