Overall I had a very good experience at Acton Toyota. Shawn Gormley, my salesperson was very friendly and went out of his way to make this a comfortable experience for me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the Tacoma I was interested in. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure, at the end of the day, I was totally satisfied. Jack Lloyd the finance person was also terrific. The deal almost fell through due to a technicality regarding a rebate I was eligible for, however Frank got creative and in the end got me a better financing deal through Toyota. I would highly recommend driving out to Littleton and asking to speak with Shawn and jack regarding a new vehicle. More
I had no trouble getting permission to test drive the new Corolla, twice, before I made the decision to purchase this nice little car over and above several other similarly priced automobiles. After shopping at several dealers we bought our 2010 Prius from Tomas at Acton Toyota. Tomas honored the quote we received from him online, and did not add any "additional" fees to the price once we ca Prius from Tomas at Acton Toyota. Tomas honored the quote we received from him online, and did not add any "additional" fees to the price once we came in to buy (an experience we did have with other dealerships). Tomas is friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Tomas even came in on his day off to complete the sale in our timeframe. We are very happy with our new Prius and would definately return to this dealership should we need to buy another car. More
Shawn Gormley was without a doubt the most professional and respectful car salesman I have ever met - if you are looking for a vehicle be sure to call him. I agree with another single female who posted on this board that Shawn is honorable and straight forward. He goes above and beyond what the average salesman does and will work very hard to get you the vehicle you want. No pressure, no upselling, he is dedicated to getting you the right car. Having bought several cars in the past and doing a fair amount of online research I felt fairly confident in speaking with dealers, but Shawn taught me a few things I didn't know. Maybe that's what I appreciated most - his first priorities were in educating me about the cars and various features, not in getting my money. He pointed out the pros and cons in what I was looking for and helped me zoom in on the exact car that was right for me. The irony is that I had to buy a car elsewhere - I needed to get a car quickly because my old one gave out and the Thanksgiving promotions were very time-limited. Shawn tried to swap a car from elsewhere but couldn't get the exact features I needed within my timeframe. I wish I could have waited longer because Shawn really deserved to make the sale. Without a doubt, he gave me the best customer service I've gotten anywhere, on any product, not just at a car dealer. The mood at Acton Toyota was upbeat as well. It was a comfortable environment to look for a car. The other car shoppers I saw looked relaxed and I never heard anyone being pressured. They deserve their great rating on this site. More

I had a price quotation from them which was higher than Boch Toyota so I told them about it. Ken got the price agreed to the quote same as Boch Toyota. We were almost done with buying the car and everything was going well and fine. Later on I got a call from Boch Toyota reducing the price further. I was 100% buying the car from Acton Toyota inspite of Boch Toyota offering lower price. I just mentioned the quote to Ken for his information. He relayed that to his Manager. Even though the price Boch Toyota quoted was less, my wife and I were both going with the purchase. Suddenly Scott came in and he started accusing me of breaking the committment. I was shocked and surprised. He then started saying negative facts about Boch Toyota and started lecturing me. He said he is giving me car at a price lower than the price given to his staff. He sounded very angry and frustrated (for no reason???). He kept on speaking and did not listen to me what I was trying to say. If he had not been there or if he had only been polite we would have closed the deal then and there as all paper works were almost complete. It must have been a bad day for Scott that he poured his anger on me. I left me with bad feeling about how Scott behaved. I hope he understands the importance of behaving properly with customer. More
When you deal with Acton Toyota there are no sale's gimmicks... no pressure tactics..like "what can I do to close the deal today"... like frequent trips back and forth to the sale's manager...like hol gimmicks... no pressure tactics..like "what can I do to close the deal today"... like frequent trips back and forth to the sale's manager...like holding on to your trade- in keys..
