Last September I purchased a used Mini Van from Acton Toyota and had a great experience with the sales folks, the deal I got, and the sevice so far. So when looking for a second car this December I when to four dealers and felt that Acton was the best place to go. They have a large inventor of new and used cars so you can do a lot of comparison shopping in one location. There was little if any sales pitch to buy, and they were able to beat other dealer prices (if you ask). Surprisingly, I also got what I was expecting to get for trading in my old car on their first offer. That's never happen to me before. The only down side is I now have two great Toyota's and if I don't get into an accident it's going to be 10 to 15 years before I have to go back to Acton Toyota to buy another car. Well, I can always look forward to visiting for service. Free coffee, donuts and a place for my kids to play, and a bunch of other stuff - WIfI, TV etc..... More

They list a car for sale at a specific price, but in response to inquiries they can't even say what color the int I simply don't trust these guys. They list a car for sale at a specific price, but in response to inquiries they can't even say what color the interior is or whether it's a manual or auto. On inquiring I got this message from them: "... the BMW you inquired about is in the process of being traded in but is not here yet. I will let you know when it arrives. Please call me or email me if you have any questions." How can they offer it for sale and price it if it's not even there yet? Very fishy... Two days later I get this: "...the car is not for sale. It did not make it thru our used car safety check. Regards Bob Gaudet" So the car was listed on AutoTrader.com at $15,000 before anyone even checked it out? Curious... OK, the car's not for sale then, right? But wait, what's this another two days later? Why, it's the very same car on AutoTrader.com, described as "Newly Listed," and now with a price-tag of $16,000. First time I've ever known a failed "safety check" to actually increase the value of a car. Bottom line: I would never buy a car from this dealer. I simply don't trust them. More

I still haven't picked up the car so I cannot comment on the Customer Service or Quality of Work. I will be sure to do so after having that experience if the opportunity is still available. I didn't give a 5 rating for price since I believe there is always room to negotiate further, but the price and trade-in was VERY fair and if I could I would have rated this a 4.5. More

Our salesperson was a pleasure to work with - responsive and informative. There was some effort by the finance guy to upsell us to extras and options, and some pressure there - especially noticeable in contrast to how easy and pleasant the rest of the sales process had been. That's the only reason I'm grading the overall experience as good & not great. Customer service is very attentive. At one point we arrived later than our scheduled appointment and our salesperson was busy; other staff stepped right in to make us comfortable, bring our car around, etc. - all with a smile. THIS IS THE FIRST TRUCK THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED WERE THE SALES PERSON WAS NOT PUSHING YOU INTO MAKING A SALE. THE DEALER SHIP IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN YET. I have been dealing with Acton Toyota for quite some time and have always had positive experiences and I must say my latest was no exception. John couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and everything went like clockwork. I certainly would recommend Acton Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More
