i had a 30K mileage service and they asked to do air filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i l filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i left the dealership around 5 PM and run the fan it started churning sound. I never had this issue . I am pretty sure the technician made this happen deliberately to do the service immediate because without blower car is not operational due to fuggy window etc. I called the service person and called gentral service line no body responded. Typical bait and switch that I have witnessed at other dealerships. When you call on the phone, they tell you one thing, and when you show up it's insultingly different. Here I was asking about a GR Corol dealerships. When you call on the phone, they tell you one thing, and when you show up it's insultingly different. Here I was asking about a GR Corolla Premium. "Yes we have one being allocated, good deal, yes, MSRP, good deal!Nobody else has a deposit on it" Can you confirm the color and price?" "Black, 41,000" "Good deal, come in" Show up at dealer - "Sooo, our phone salesperson, must have been thinking you wanted a GR86......, those we sell at msrp...." "for $41,000? (GR86's if at msrp go for $34,360) "Yeeeeah, the corollas we are selling between 5000-10,000 over. - We already have a deposit on the GR corolla" This has been my experience with most dealerships around Massachusetts. If you call anywhere asking about a particular car, don't. Email instead and get everything in writing. Last time they did the same thing with a Tacoma I was looking to buy, show up and it's $2500 over msrp. More

(Review of Service Department) As a local business owner, we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the d we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the dealership transferred to new ownership. I was on hold for 20 minutes the other month when simply trying to schedule an oil change / tire rotation for one of our trucks. Some service reps are nice people, but, too many of them are very rude and difficult to work with. People working in the customer service area of the service department simply don't seem happy. On average, about half of my visits over the last two years or so have been stressful and very unpleasant. Other past customers whom we know in the Littleton, Acton, Westford area have already switched to having their cars serviced by other dealers or local mechanics. Unfortunately, we are now looking to switch as well. Life is too short to give our business to a dealership with people who do not treat their customers with respect. Very sad given the fact that the services department in this dealership was one of the best I've ever seen back when it was under previous ownership. But, today - that is no longer the case. More
