We had requested for an internet price quote from around 10 dealers. John Bohr from Acton Toyota was the first to respond, and he actually responded with a price quote, (We just got welcome emails, initiall 10 dealers. Further followups from John were very minimal. No pestering phone calls or emails. We visited the dealership, and spent around two and a half hours, during which John Bohr, patiently and cheerfully answered most of our questions, and gave us the car for a test drive. We wanted additional options and accessories. We got an email with the revised quote the next morning. It took two phone calls (another 10 minutes) to decide on the final price and we were all done with the paperwork by that evening. The delivery of the car was slightly delayed, although within the same day. Instead of early morning, I had to come back late afternoon, to pick it up. During this time, I was offered lunch, and a rental car. These small gestures do add up to the feel-good factor. The entire process was very smooth. There were no hidden costs, all questions answered, all requested options and accessories available. Most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure tactics or aggressive salesmanship (which is why I stayed away from the folks at west roxbury). At Acton Toyota, we were treated with respect and got the time we needed, to make our decision. The price we got wasn’t very low compared to others, but we did not negotiate too hard. We bought from Acton Toyota and John Bohr because the overall buying experience was very positive. Till this date I was not aware of this website. My selection of Acton Toyota was due to the proximity to my place of residence. I interacted with Kevin and Shawn primarily and overall experience was excellent. It has changed the negative impression I used to carry about car salesmen. Kevin was very honest and accomodative about the quote and Shawn ensured everything from his side to deliver the car on time. Both were very friendly. If and when I have to shop my next vehicle, and if it is a Toyota, I am definitely coming back to Acton Toyota. Interestingly I noticed the following in Kevin's signature on his email; "Proud to be Changing the Way Cars are Sold!" My experience with the finance manager was not so great. I felt that he gave some misinformation and tried to misguide to sell some stuff on which I am sure he gets some commission. I also interacted with Leo from service department as my corolla was in for service at the same time and I was impressed by the service deptt as well. More

Bill Morrissey reviewed with us the features and benefits of the Venza, allowed us to take a test drive. He provided us with a competitive quote on the Venza and a good trade in value for the Sienna. He made himself available and answered a few questions for us via email and phone over a week+ period, but at no time was there any high pressure on the sale. He was very accommodating to us, was willing to work with us to get the exact Venza we wanted and at a better price. When we decided to purchase the car he worked with us and had the car prepped and ready the next day. We could not be more pleased with the way he handled himself with us. When we brought the car home that day we noticed a dent in the front bumper and we came back to show him. He was very apologetic, he got the body work manager involved right away and promised they would replace the bumper, which was a relief for us. As promised about a week later the bumper arrived, Bill had it painted and called us to arrange to have the bumper replaced at our convenience. When we arrived he promptly took care of us, walked us over to rental and got us a new 2010 Prius to drive while the Venza was in the shop for the day. As promised the car was done early afternoon and when I picked it up everything was perfect and the car had been completely detailed. With this experience it shows us that there are people out there that truly understand customers, customer service, value for your money and how to be a truly helpful salesman without being pushy or over bearing. This is our fourth Toyota we have purchased from Acton Toyota, third in the last four years, and will not be our last. Ken & Dorothy Skelley More
My experience with Chris was professional, friendly and I would recommend him to friends. On the business side I dealt with Joe Tosi and thought I had an appointment at 6:30 to finish signing required p would recommend him to friends. When I arrived he was with customers and I understand that customers might show up, buy a car and want to complete the sale. By 7 he was still with same customers and I was told that. I then stressed to front desk, I only needed to sign a few more pages, Acton Toyota already had all my money, and couldn't someone else politely interpret Joe Tosi for my file. Front desk was a little resistent to my suggestion that someone else could finish my paperwork - I was buying a new car too and I thought I had an 6:30 appointment, so I persisted with front desk that I also was a new car customer that had been waiting more than 30 minutes. Front desk got permission to have another business person finish my sale. I believe his name was also Joe who was very professional and handled the paperwork. I think the process of having the same person finish the paperwork needs improvement if you are keeping people waiting more that 30 minutes - something is broken in the process. Please rethink this aspect. More
I was fortunate enough to be able to watch my wife buy a car from Acton Toyota last year. I was impressed by the helpfulness, courtesy and honesty they showed her. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen with the same courtesy, no pressure and honesty he demonstrated the previous year. The lack of high pressure is what lets people relax enough to take their time, think, and spend their money wisely. More
I was extemely pleased with how Acton Toyota took care of my car. It was at Acton Body Shop for repairs, and the people there scheduled my maintanence service with the Service Center and delivered my car for my car. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had even been cleaned. The bottle of water was also a nice touch, as Rt. 2 was a parking lot heading back into Boston. Thank you Acton Toyota, I'm glad I bought my Yaris from you! More

He was easy going, had a good sense of humor and just made us feel very comfortable in trying to make a big decision. The car was spotless when we came to pick it up, and it feels like brand new. Kevin worked through the financial package with us and was terrific. He was organized, it took little time, yet he answered our questions and reviewed the details clearly. When I arrived the next day there was the car, cleaned a full tank of gas and ready to go. Withing two hours I was on my way home. Just for the record, I am 65 years old and have purchased many new cars but I have never enjoyed the process as much as I did this past week. Many thanks and please, please keep up the good work. More
