Neil Schartz was excellent in his customer service with me! He greeted me as I got out of my car, took me right in (calling me by name) and then served me in an efficient and friendly manner. That is the reason i bought a used car from Acton Toyota though i know i have spent more dollors compared to private owner/normal dealer and I like the Rewards points we get. More
