I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from Acton Toyota in 12/07. Today, I brought the car into the facility without an appointment to address the accelerator pedal recall and was in and out of the shop in a 12/07. I had been anticipating this being a hassle to take care of and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get this fixed. From the moment I walked in the door, to the complimentary burger upstairs, to getting professional service the whole time, I was very impressed. Acton Toyota certainly has their act together and goes the extra mile to try to take care of their customers. More
I started browsing dealerships a couple of weeks ago, trying to decide what I wanted my first new car to be. I went to Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA just to look and figure out if I wanted another corol trying to decide what I wanted my first new car to be. I went to Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA just to look and figure out if I wanted another corolla. Within a few minutes of being on the lot, John Bernard rolled up in a golf cart and asked if he could help us (My mom came too). We said we were just looking, not sure what the plan would be, etc. John offered to give us a ride up to the new corollas and then said if we need anything to let him know. We loved the no-pressure attitude. We ended up going inside and getting more information from John, who was extremely helpful. He got right down to the bottom line and told us what he could give me for what price. No games. No pressure. It was great. I took his business card and did some thinking before making any purchases. John was extremely accessible (he texts, takes calls, takes emails) and answered all my questions quickly. He listened to what I was looking for in a new car and didn't push anything on me that I didn't want. I ended up buying a new 2010 Toyota Corolla with LoJack through John Bernard. He went out of his way to make sure the car was in pristine shape before I took it home (ex. calling in to maintenance to make sure the side panel on the driver side door was replaced because of a tiny scratch on it). He walked me through setting up my first appointment for servicing with Toyota and gave me a tour of the place (free breakfast/lunch when your car is being serviced, free gym, great facilities to sit and watch tv). Overall I had a great experience at Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA and would recommend anybody looking for a new or used Toyota to make them one of their first stops. Specifically, ask for John Bernard. He'll take care of you. More
Thinking about getting a Prius, we first went to Littleton, the closest dealer. Travis was straightforward, candid, and un-pushy. Next was Lancaster where the salesperson was less experienced and had a somewhat pressured approach - short leash and we had to meet the manager. After that was Nashua and the salesperson was knowledgeable, pleasant, on a short leash and had a pushy manager. We called Travis and arranged to lease a car the next day without the $1995.00 down payment of the other two dealers. We didn't speak with the manager until we got to the financing and he too was thoroughly pleasant; no deal making but we sill got the best price with hidden costs. Car was ready on time, great orientation. Would return without hesitation. More

There was no pressure, which my wife and I both appreciate, just a "take your time, we're here to answer any questions" disposition. and helpful. We have purchased many cars from many different dealerships but never have we gone back twice to the same salesperson or dealership as we have to Acton and Chris. We are happy Toyota owners and are willing to drive the EXTRA miles to have our cars serviced at a clean, friendly, and always helpful service department. Chris Johnson, ? Richard? Great experience. I own a fleet of vehicles and always deal over the phone. I know what I want and what I will pay. This deal took all of 15 minutes.
