I purchased a new Prius II. This is the third Toyota I have owned; the first purchased at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I have been servicing my Classic Prius here recently and looking at new the new Prius for several months. I have visited this dealership a number of times during the last few years while car shopping; each time the staff has been friendly, informative and low-key. The service is fantastic and you are treated exceptionally well. Every aspect of the buying process was great. Wellington is a superb customer advocate; going above and beyond for the customer. I enthusiastically recommend him and Acton Toyota as the place to purchase a new Toyota. The impeccable service, treatment and focus on taking care of the customer is what other Toyota dealerships should strive for. Read the other reviews, the great things other folks have said could be repeated here. Bottom-line...Acton Toyota is a GREAT dealership. More
Acton Toyota of Littleton is the best overall dealership that I have ever gone to. I bought my Corolla in 2005 and ever since then I have gone to them for service with both my car and my Mom's camary and I that I have ever gone to. Their committment to their customers is outstanding. They are always so helpful. I love going to get my car service and would buy my next cars there. The service department seems very efficient. Friendly staff is able to write up orders within a few minutes. After work is completed, the same service writer takes time to explain what was done and expre staff is able to write up orders within a few minutes. WIFI and a separate area for those using computers is helpful in doing business while waiting. The cafe is a nice addition. All the staff that I encountered have a positive manner and seem interested serving their customers. We have two Lexus SUV's and we have them serviced at this dealer most of the time because they treat us well at a fair price. More
I was extremely impressed by how easy and smooth Shawnee and Garrett made the car-buying process. They were honest, friendly, respectful and helpful, and allowed me to take my time with the decision. The price they gave me was great, and beat by far the other quotes I got. Even if it hadn't clearly been a better price, I probably would have been inclined to go with them anyway because I didn't feel pushed, pressured, or tricked, all of which I encountered with other dealerships. In addition, I found it easy to communicate with Shawnee, in particular. We emailed back and forth about the details of the car I was looking for, and he was very quick to respond to emails during the day. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait hours for answers to small questions. More

I purchased a 2007 Highlander from the dealership. My sales person was Shawn Gormley and he was excellent, made the experience easy and pleasant. I never felt pressured or guided toward something I did not want. Prior to visiting Acton Toyota of Littleton, I had visited a different Toyota dealership where I felt incredibly pressured and my wishes were not respected at all. After I purchased the vehicle, I brought it to my personal mechaninc who stated that the vehicle was in pristine condition and that I paid an excellent price. He also stated that the mileage (approx 41,000) for a car that was 3 years old was "nothing for a Toyota" and advised me I could get 200,000 miles out of it. He did notice, however that the break pads would probably need to be replaced at some point soon. I contacted Mr. Gormley who forwarded my concern to Mr. Bradshaw, the Service Manager. Mr. Bradshaw contacted me immediately and advised me to bring the car into service and they would take a look and determine if the brakes needed to be repaired and if so, they would take care of it for me. I brought my vehicle in earlier this week and they took care of the brakes. My one and only "negative" comment would be that there was no flexibility with financing rates. This was fine, I was able to refinance at a much lower rate after my purchase. The entire dealership works like a well oiled machine. From the availability of sales staff to being ushered in from Service to the voucher for breakfast or lunch (I did not use mine but I've heard th cafeteria is quite good) to the children's play room, wireless internet area, kitchenette and clean bathrooms, my entire experience was excellent. I have since referred 4 people to Mr. Gormley and Acton Toyota. I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else, every again! More
after buying my car, i have brought it back a few times for service. everyone i spoke to always welcomed me with a smile. i have never waited long to be called up for service and they were always helpful w for service. everyone i spoke to always welcomed me with a smile. i have never waited long to be called up for service and they were always helpful with my concerns about repairs.they even went out of there way to order a part for my hood that i didn't know i needed and called me when it came in. they have always taken really good care of my car.you have really great people working for you and my car is always ready when they say it will be done. i must also say it was really nice when i picked up my car after i brought it in for an oil change and found they left me a bottle of water for my trip home and a thank you card. thank you donna lamy More
They are so friendly and prompt. Love the coffee bar and breakfast service. They serviced my vehicle as requested (I've been to another dealership where they completed one job I requested and ignored the o breakfast service. They serviced my vehicle as requested (I've been to another dealership where they completed one job I requested and ignored the other 3, one of which was an alignment that I badly needed after a violent encounter with a pothole; also, believe it or not, they found a rodent's nest in my air intake filter, and LEFT IT THERE! I went home and had to enlist my brother's help to remove it.) They did a great job at Acton Toyota, and my service advisor even drove my car to the other side of the building to have my windshield cleaned (after I mentioned how hard it is to clean the inside) and then signed me up for the rewards program so I could get a birthday coupon. You never feel rushed or undervalued. My daughter goes there, my Dad goes there, my co-workers go there, and we are all very happy with them. As a woman with limited auto repair know-how, it's nice to have a place to take my car that I can trust. More

Neil was EXCELLENT as always. I really enjoy having him as my service manager. The service is fair and they have internet access while waiting which makes it really nice. They also offer free coffee, juic as my service manager. The service is fair and they have internet access while waiting which makes it really nice.
