When I decided to hand down my 2005 Prius to my oldest daughter, and to purchase a 2010 Prius for myself, I opted to try the online sales inquiry route. I chose five different Toyota dealers, and Shawn Gormely of Acton Toyota of Littleton was the only one to be completely straightforward, right to the point and totally clear about what the price would be, what was and wasn't included in that price and when he could have the particular Prius that I wanted, with all of the options exactly as I wanted them, on the lot in Littleton. I was in the middle of a major house move and recovering from a long illness and didn't have a lot of time or energy. I really appreciated that Shawn kept his e-mails brief and supportive. At one point, I had to put the purchase on the back burner, because I was so overwhelmed with other things. I e-mailed Shawn to tell him it might be awhile and instead of pressuring me, he e-mailed me back to say he understood, no problem, and ...."When you're ready, I'll be here." I've never had an easier and more positive car purchase. Even though one other dealer did agree to match the price that Shawn had quoted me, I chose Acton Toyota because of the way that Shawn handled the sale right from the start. I've serviced my older Prius at Acton Toyota for five years now, and have always been pleased with their service and the quality of their work. I purchased a used 2006 Lincoln last week at Acton Toyota, and had to visit Acton Lincoln-Mercury for some electronic codes work. The difference between the two dealerships was very striking. The Lincoln dealership was like a "Chinese Fire Drill," and I was very disatisfied. Acton Toyota, on the other hand, was superb. My wife and I have been dealing with them since 1995 purchasing 5 new Toyotas from them. IN BRIEF - WE HAVE BECOME COMPLETELY SPOILED with their Sales & Service departments. I cannot say enough good words for Jim Piazas, Neill Corbett, Randy Irwin, Neil Schwartz, Justin (great mechanic), the valets, all the "little people" and, of course, Mike Hills. Bob Moran has set a very high standard of excellence, and it shows - they treat us the way we would like to be treated. One more thought - on a routine service visit they even advised me of some rust & corrosion on the frame in my 2002 Tacoma, and arranged to have it replaced. I didn't think they could do it, but they did. WOW. More
Got a very hard-sell routine here, and not the best price around. With more leverage in the form of competing quotes I might have secured a better offer, but they clearly wanted to close a deal pronto. Must around. Must be having a hard time paying for their huge beautiful new showroom. Very friendly in the professional sense, but not in that personal make-a-connection way that I eventually found elsewhere. They were not willing to go outside of their inventory to find me the exact car I wanted. Ira was, and that's why Ira got my business. This isn't a bad dealer to get a competing offer from, but they aren't likely to be the best offer you can find if you look around. Offers reward points for service and sales referrals, so you know they have to pad the price to pay for the rewards. Not good for us low-volume buyers. More
I am a new owner of a 2011 CAMRY LE and don't know where to start to talk about my purchase. Because he helped me by this car. I started out looking for something enabling me to sit high, maybe a used SUV,maybe fog lights etc,etc.I drove him crazy He is a true professional with patience and understand your needs.He wants to spend the time with you and be one hundred percent satisfied going home with the right product and price paid for that product.I went home and drove back the next day without calling him because of an issue I had.He went to top management and came through for me.That is the definition of guaranteed satisfaction and this is what you get from JOHN.Pertaining to the dealership,you get calls from the General Manager, Sales Manager,and of course John if you have any questions or issues they are leaving even their cell phone numbers.I will be omissive not to mention the excellent services of the service department,from the Director to his Assistant Managers as well as the technicians,unparalleled first class services.After our cars were serviced,we had the feeling we could drive to Timbuktu,and trust me ,for the past seventeen years traveling north,west and south we did.In this dealership you get invited to and treated like a guest.No,No,You will not be offered champagne and caviar This is not a place with chandeliers.This is a magnificent new building that offers and all American breakfast and lunch with other complementaries like coffee,soft drinks etc.This is a place where business is conducted and you will be treated like part of their family. I requested a test drive and Shawn rescheduled his day off to to meet us the next morning for a test drive. The quotes he gave us were accurate and he worked with us for several hours to make a fair deal on two new cars and a trade in. I will definitely be back when I need my next car and have already recommended Shawn and Acton Toyota of Littleton to friends and relatives. Keith Mobley walked us through the financial part of the transaction and also did an exemplary job of explaining everything down to the last cent. I highly recommend Shawn, Keith and Acton Toyota for anyone looking for a quality automobile. More
We couldn't be happier with Acton Toyota and Dave Anderson. We are always treated very well and we know we are getting the best deal. When the rear window of our Prius was damaged on a Sunday morning in Boston, we knew the only ones who would help us out was Acton Toyota. They took our car in for repair and gave us a loaner. While there we saw that the prices for new cars were such a good deal we ended up with 2 new cars, a 2010 Prius and a 2011 Camry. We sent our son over and he now has a new Corolla, too. Dave is a great guy and never tries to sell us anything we don't want or need. I only wish we lived closer. Doreen and Mark More

I buy a car every couple of years (and I'm in my mid 30's) so I've bought quite a few cars. I saw zero down Prius III lease on-line and figured it was worth checking out - and assuming this was just a scam to get me into the dealership. I can say the price they quote on-line is really the price you pay. When they say the buying experience is different here they aren't kidding. There isn't any of the "let me check with my manager" or last minute add-ons to the price. There is none of the the typical trade-in value haggling, they come with their final price the first time. Bob was very easy to work with and even let me leave the dealership (I like to sleep on it when making a significant buying decision) and decide a couple of days later - none of the "what will it take to get you to buy this car today". Of course they try and sell you the standard GAP insurance, tire protection, etc. packages, but aren't overly pushy. Overall a great experience. I won't buy a Toyota anywhere else. More

There were no pressure tactics or gimmicks and all the pricing was straight-forward. That being said, I was extremely pleased with the price as compared to several other dealers. I purchased my Tacoma about 2 weeks ago and I am totally pleased. It is really nice to purchase an item and have absolutely no regrets, realizing you bought the correct vehicle at an excellent price, dealing with an excellent dealership. More
