Scott took over for another salesperson and did so willingly even knowing that he would not receive the full commission. We knew what kind of used car we wanted, and he spent considerable time with u willingly even knowing that he would not receive the full commission. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and we had lots. When he didn't know the answer, he immediately found someone who did. The trade-in value of the car was a bit lower than we had hoped, but a printout explained why the deductions were made, and they were valid. The overall experience of buying a car at Acton Toyota was so much better than it had been at other dealerships that we plan to work with Scott again to get our second car. More

Wellington Pereira was very professional and gave my wife and myself space to really thoroughly checkout the 2010 Toyota Venza. He showed alot of patience as we test drove the car 3 times and evaluate the car for hours at a time. He was always upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features. He also did a great job listening to our requirements and got us exactly what we asked for instead of trying to push an available product on their lot. The finance department was also good at beating my bank loan rate. What more could you want? Price was good, rate was excellent, car requirements was met/exceeded, and free snacks and coffee/juice while you wait. Acton Toyota and Wellington does not play the usual dealer-games (high pressure sales tactics, bait-switch, not letting you leave, etc.). It's been just about 2 years now since we bought our RAV 4 from Acton Toyota. We were actively looking for a small SUV and we had just come from a bad experience dealership in the area. He came out when we were looking, gave us the keys of a RAV4 that we were really interested in and told us to take it for a spin. We liked it, and the whole purchasing process was great. Chris was personable, friendly and answered all of our questions. At no time did we feel pressured, and we negotiated a good price and trade in. When I look for another car I'll most likely try and deal with Chris directly again. More

I came to Acton Toyota to replace my 1997 Toyota Corolla which I had been driving for 7 years. I had been interested in a Toyota Matrix for some time, and I saw on their website that they had a used 2010 M which I had been driving for 7 years. I clicked the option on the page to receive additional information. The next day I received an email from Scott giving me a price quote and offering a test drive, which I arranged for the following weekend. The experience I had was smooth and painless. After taking the car on a quick test drive I was pretty sure this was the car for me, and after working out financing options, I seemed to make out very well on a month-to-month basis! When I need a 2017 Matrix, I know where I'm going to go! More
