We went to the dealer having researched their stock on-line so had a good idea of what was available and what we wanted. Although the size of the place was intimidating, the moment we walked through the door we were met with a smile and immediately passed to someone who could help. Garrett was the model of friendliness and helpfulness. His enthusiasm for the brand and the model we had chosen (a 2010 Prius) was infectious, and he personally made the entire experience enjoyable. We had no pressure put on us at any point, and were left to feel that while we could have got a better financial deal for the same model somewhere else, we probably couldn't have got better service anywhere else - which is an important part of the experience. After making the final decision, the process went smoothly and by the next business day we had the car in our possession. The facilities at Littleton are impressive and are very customer oriented, including little details such as free coffee, food, juice, etc. Beyond any shadow of a doubt, this was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced and I feel satisfied with the service and the product. Bob Gaudet saw to my needs and broke things down in a very reasonable and economical way, never pushy. While it might be a few years before I make another purchase, Bob would be one of the first people I call for a new vehicle in the future. I am writing this review because I have not so good experience 2 times in last one year for my vehicle purchase. I have purchased my first vehicle in 2001 and then another one for my relative in 2008 f experience 2 times in last one year for my vehicle purchase. I have purchased my first vehicle in 2001 and then another one for my relative in 2008 from them and they were positive experience. I had not so good experience last two times after they moved to Littleton. Last time I went in Sept 2009 for my Rav4 purchase with third row seat and at that time they were hard to find and they seemed less interested in finding one for me. A number of dealers in area were willing to find one for me. Recently on Sept 30th I went to buy a Prius and the sales rep made a point that it was last day and so he will not play games and offered a price. From other quotes i knew that that price was not competitive and I said the same to sales agent. I wanted to make an offer looking at other competitive price but the sales rep kept asking where i got the quote. I decided to show an advertised price of Boch toyota and they way he handled that was my biggest disappointment. He insisted that Boch toyota advertised price included all rebates including Student rebate and Militry rebate which is a joke because that can't even be combined. Moreover I talked to other dealership and was knowing for sure it didn't include that. I went to Acton toyota because it was close by and i had good experience with them. However sales rep kept pushing his theory and wouldn't even wanted us to make offer. I bought my Prius next day from another dealership for same price which they offered without me even mentioning other quotes. All in all i don't have any issue with not selling us for the price other dealership were willing to sell but the way they handled other dealer's advertised price were disappointing. Also last few times I felt like they want to sell vehicle close to MSRP and if they feel you are aware of prices in area then they are less interested in selling. More
I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships in my life... but these guys by far exceed anything you can conceive. I felt like I was among friends, not animals preying on me... which has almost always been my experience at a dealership. I didn't spend anytime waiting around, but they made me feel like I wanted too, it's so clean, awesome coffee (and I'm from the West Coast, a coffee snob) Wifi room, kids room etc. I was so amazed!!! I told Jack he "walked on water"... he's a real miracle worker, such an incredible person too, truly good to the core. Thank you!! Thank you!! More
At the age of 52, this is my first new car. As a woman,you hear all the horror stories about how women get taken advantage of for their lack of knowledge on vehicles so I was nervous going in. He was so informative, explaining every little detail about the car. He made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. He made my experience wonderful. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended Steve to a friend who is looking for a new car. I would recommend him to every person I know. I just want to really say one thing about my experience at Acton Toyota, unbelieveable. I always thought going into a dealership was gonna be long and the people were unhappy, not here. The customer service was great, Shawn and Ben were on top of everything and above all, very happy. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered. Even doing all the paper work was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great prcie on the Toyota Tundra I was looking at and I have not one bad thing to say. Even when I came back on Saturday for an inspection sticker, they were very nice and speedy service, in and out in about 15 minutes. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks for everything!! More
I knew exactly what I wanted in my new car. No other dealership could find it for me. Jim Piazas found it in 5 hours!! It was in their dealership the next day!
