Great to be back to the dealer with same sales approach and customer care I have never seen exceeded in any other places. I started my car search at Acton Toyota on the recommendation of collegues. I was up front with the salesperson that I would be checking with another dealership to cross reference prices and avai recommendation of collegues. I knew what my trade was worth from Kelley Blue Book...the sales manager wanted to "do right" by giving me $85.00 more than my pay off balance. This was $600 less than the "poor" condition value ....my car is in excellent condition. This was the first red flag for me.....but I let them show me what they had on their lot...only red and silver. I really wanted a gray car. Both the sales manager and the salesman looked at the "entire Northest inventory...as far as Manhattan, and couldn't find any gray Prius available." Both salesmen told me that "Toyota of Keene does not have a gray Prius on the lot". The first car I was shown when I arrived at Toyota of Keene was a gray Prius, with a sunroof and navigation system. They gave me $1400 more for my trade than the "do right" offer from Acton. Lying to customers to keep them at your dealership, offering them less than market value for their trade-ins and encouraging them to purchase what they have instead of what the customer wants is a terrible way to do business. Acton Toyota had every opportunity to do the right thing by this eager, educated customer. They failed miserably. More

We do feel badly that we made the employees stay well past the 4:00 pm closing time on a Sunday, but they were very gracious and never, ever made us feel like we were putting them out. We have yet to have service on our new Rav4, but we love it...love it....love it. This dealership is well worth the 30 minute or so ride we have. I will and have recommended it. More

Scott Vachon was a pleasure to work with- he is extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 and answered all of my questions that I had. I didn't feel any pressure at all. When I picked up my new car, he took the time to go over everything in the car even though it was freezing outside. Joe Tosie was also a pleasure to work with. He went over all the financial paperwork and explained everything in such detail. It was a quick process that was so easy to do. As for the dealership- state of the art! Wow, I was extremely impressed with the tour that Scott gave to me. I'm looking forward to having all of my maintenance work done at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I would highly recommend them if you need a new car! More

Purchased a Certified 2007 Toyota Avalon Ltd. Great experience all around with all requests/issues dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I went out to test drive the vehicle and with the dealership a half hour a way Gregg was nice enough to deliver the car to our home for my wife to test drive the next day. With two young children at home it was a nice touch. The dealership itself is amazing, beautiful facility with comfortable waiting areas with complimentary food and drinks and even a place to get a workout while waiting for service. With the combination of Toyota's quality and salesman like Gregg on staff, Acton Toyota can count on a repeat customer the next time we are in the market. More
This is the fifth car we've bought from Acton Toyota and from the same sales person, Jim Piazas. We've always been quite happy with our treatment there. The dealership is friendly, helpful, and low-pressure. This time around, we felt that Jim was in our corner. We had purchased an extended warranty for our previous vehicle (bought at Acton Toyota), that contained a provision for cost refund if no claim was made on the insurance. After asking if I could have the refund (no claim had been made), we learned that the company had since gone out of business; however, rather than asking us to suck up the entire loss, Jim arranged for an extra year of complementary routine maintenance for our new car. The car that we wanted was off site, but Jim had it driven around to the dealership so that we could see the color first hand prior to purchase. The price was fair, and we felt that we had gotten a good deal. Jim followed up with a phone call to see if everything was OK. The car was delivered with a full tank of gas, and the dealership even waived the cost of the Mass. inspection sticker for a new car. The new dealership location in Littleton (the next town from Acton), is lovely, larger than the original location and very comfortable and pleasant to visit. All in all, a wonderful and satisfying car-buying experience. More
So the short story of my recent purchase experience is as follows: I emailed other dealers through the internet with my interest in purchasing a new van and wanted to know my "out the door" price and any follows: I emailed other dealers through the internet with my interest in purchasing a new van and wanted to know my "out the door" price and any fees on top of sales price. Simple request but not so simple answers from other dealers. I got lots of "thanks for contacting us when do you want to come in for a test drive? " , "our prices on web site do not include fees or taxes" (well I already know that but wanted a price). So Gregg McHugh at Acton Toyota simply answered my request with my new 2011 Sienna LE price with all fees listed and that is what it stayed at throughout the test drive and final negotiation. It was already a very good price as verified by looking at True Car prices on the web. We looked at several vans but settled on the one I originally picked because of options desired. Throughout the whole process he explained details, features of the van, etc. What more could I ask for! This is an honest dealership that treats customers with respect and hires people like Gregg that do the same. Regards, Art More
