Horrible service from start to finish. I felt pressured into the sale and they wouldn't let me leave until I bought a car. The used car I bought has been back to their service department twice in the first into the sale and they wouldn't let me leave until I bought a car. When I shared my displeasure with the manager I was talked down to like I was stupid. If you're a woman, do not shop at this dealership. Leo was great but Acton Toyota's service reps are always forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then wasn't ready after I already paid for the "ready" car. After looking at the "ready" car it was determined that close to $900 additional was needed to make the car actually ready. I sat around the dealer the entire morning since I had no other way to get to work. I bring my car to Acton Toyota despite the higher cost, because I expect a higher level of service. That hasn't been the case recently. More
