During the recent snow storm my wipers broke and not just the blade, but. the wiper arm was not working properly due to the snow/ice. This was my first time taking my car for a service and I was surprised how efficient all went. After I left my car I received few phone calls telling me what is been done so far and approximately how long i was surprised how efficient all went. Gentleman that checked my paper work was also helpful in giving me useful information about my car and answered all my questions. I am glad that I bought my Toyota Highlander there.
