By far the most positive major purchase experiences I've had. The service experience at the dealership doesn't feel as vibrant as it once did. I imagine there are several reasons: COVID, the late 2020 change in ownership, the inevitable march of time, and me being a dinosaur who is uncomfortable with change. More
