They went above and beyond to help me! While traveling, my truck started acting up. When I would reach the speed of 45-50 the engine seemed to buck. Kenny( service department) helped me ge While traveling, my truck started acting up. When I would reach the speed of 45-50 the engine seemed to buck. Kenny( service department) helped me get to their dealership and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a cracked spark plug. They took my truck in right away and replaced all the plugs and even fixed a minor issue for no extra charge. I'm telling anyone that is around the Acton, Massachusetts area, this is the best service I've ever received!! When I'm in need of a new truck, I might just travel back here to purchase.
