Thanks to each of you for making this purchase a breeze, including walking me through syncing the car phone to my cell phone - a first for me; making financing quick and easy, and for helping my 91 year old, Navy veteran dad to the restroom, who had just come along for the outing. I also had my old car serviced that day and everyone in the Service Department was friendly, professional and helpful, as always. More

From beginning to end the folks at Ackerman made this an effortless, pleasant experience. They kept me informed of what they were doing & suggested that I clean the AC which had some build up. No Problems; Friendly, Courteous People I took my car in for a recall and an oil change. I usually take my car elsewhere for less expensive oil changes, but didn't want to go a second place I took my car in for a recall and an oil change. I usually take my car elsewhere for less expensive oil changes, but didn't want to go a second place in this time of COVID. I called ahead as the recall letter suggested to make sure they would have the needed parts. It was scheduled for a week later, so good thing I didn't just drop in. With the oil change they do a free inspection. They found three additional things to recommend - two that seemed reasonable to me and one that was recommended for 50,000 miles (which I declined since I was at 41,000, but no pressure to do it). They estimated my service would take two hours, but asked if I needed the car back by a certain time. Turned out they were giving priority to folks waiting in store, if it wouldn't inconvenience me, so as to limit the in store customers' exposure in this time of COVID. That was thoughtful of them. I was going home to wait and my car was ready when estimated, even with the extra stuff, so I was pleased. More
Quick check up turned into major fix Altho I expected a short visit to check our Prius before a long trip, major deficiencies were found and fixed within the time estimated.
