I'm sure the work they do at Ackerman Toyota is OK, BUT.... When I had my tundra in for the Takata air bag recall, I had some cash ($20 - all 1 dollar bills) stolen out of my truck while it was there. BUT.... When I had my tundra in for the Takata air bag recall, I had some cash ($20 - all 1 dollar bills) stolen out of my truck while it was there. The cash was not in plain view, you had to look for it to find it. So I called the dealership and asked for the service manager. I left a message on voicemail stating what happened and that I didn't expect a return phone call, I just wanted them to be aware they have a THIEF working with them. I got a return phone call from MARK BEADLES, the service manager. Instead of apologizing for the theft, he turned the whole thing back at me, asking if I was sure the money was there when I dropped off the truck. He was very rude and stuck up for the THIEF employee saying "why would somebody making good money risk his job for $20"? Because some people cant resist the temptation of easy money. I did not expect anything from him, but the way he handled the whole thing was very unprofessional. Basically he was an absolute xxxxxx. With plenty of Toyota dealerships around, I would avoid ACKERMAN at all costs. You will be glad you did. More

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Ackerman Toyota. Our sales person, Adam Gabor is excellent. He is very friendly and does not Have that “pushy” personality that many. Car sales people have.
