I arranged for a loaner and took my car in for service. The assistant Mgr said That I did not schedule, I just explained that indeed I had and I needed a car so as not to be late to work. He said I would have to prove it, which was pretty insulting. Anyway, I waited nearly two hours for van, which did not return and then found out that they had a second courtesy driver that had been there all morning. This was a very negative experience, however, a female service advisor later apologized to me for everything that happened. As it turns out several people had not been put into the system by someone who was quitting. Customers should never be accused of lying and unconvinced like I was that day, and he isn’t the person who even bothered to apologize. More
