Took truck in for hub actuator took while to get parts. Once truck was picked up the next day started having the same grinding noise. Took it back to the dealership they had it for two weeks and could not Once truck was picked up the next day started having the same grinding noise. Took it back to the dealership they had it for two weeks and could not find a problem it took them two months to fix the driver side hub actuator very dissatisfied. The supervisor Barry asked me what I was doing to just make the noise happened, as I was tearing up my own truck. More

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have my car looked at because that was the next available time they had. Dropped it off and then they didn't even look at it until the next day! Repeated some looked at because that was the next available time they had. Dropped it off and then they didn't even look at it until the next day! Repeated something they had had already checked when that wasn't what I had asked them to do. And charged me for it! I usually have a good experience here but I was very disappointed. They wanted to charge me to fix something when I have a warranty and they had fixed it once before under the warranty More
