Service department is great. I have lifetime oil changes through Lithia. Though my vehicle is a Jeep, the Ford service department is much better so I use them instead of the Jeep service department. The service from Ben was really really good the only concern I had with some of the workers not wearing face masks to protect the customers. I took my Ford Explorer in for recall work on luggage rack covers and the took longer then they normally would due to the artic front that affected the whole state. I have my F250 (which I bought from them) service every 5,000 miles and it never takes more than 1-1.5 hours and the waiting room has all the amenities you would expect. Good experience. Service was completed in a timely manner and I was called when it was ready for pickup. I know that's part of the job but I've had many experiences at other places where they never call and and I was called when it was ready for pickup.
