Making the appointment for warranty work was easy. The tech that came out and took information was friendly. However they did not complete the work due to not having the correct parts or a certified w The tech that came out and took information was friendly. However they did not complete the work due to not having the correct parts or a certified welder to make the corrections specified in the warranty statement. They were only able to complete part of the work and I was not told of the deficiencies until I picked up my vehicle. The appointment was made over two weeks in advance and I should have been informed them at they would not be able to complete the work. I was advised by the technician to take my vehicle to another dealership that would have a welder to do the work More

Worst experience ever. We were told it was ready, went to pick it up, paid $600 then didn’t even get off the lot. It still had the same problem. Made an appointment for my vehicle to get a recall done on it and we'll what do you know, they kept my vehicle for a whole week, then they call me a few weeks later to take vehicle back because they forgot on it and we'll what do you know, they kept my vehicle for a whole week, then they call me a few weeks later to take vehicle back because they forgot to take pics of the parts they replaced due to recall. So unprofessional. I took my other vehicle into GMC to get a recall done with an appointment and they had it done within a few hours and we're very courteous. More
