I was not greeted by anyone i honestly felt forgotten about and although my oil change appointment took just under 2 hours my scheduled shuttle was no where in site and no one addressed my concern. I will never break my vehicle back to this place. It's already stressful being in a car accident and having to repair your car, but then to add a nightmare repair shop like Access Ford Collision was It's already stressful being in a car accident and having to repair your car, but then to add a nightmare repair shop like Access Ford Collision was the worst. What should have been a 1 to 1 1/2 week job, took 6 weeks. Constant delays, excuses, no one answers the phone. They NEVER call you back to give you a status update nor return your calls, when they finally answer. Excuses included delays in supplies, which is understandable during these times, but 2 weeks for a tire? I would have gone down the street to get one from Walmart or Fire Stone and why they couldn't just put a donut on it to raise the vehicle to check for damage - who knows! But literally 2 weeks waiting for a tire to then inspect the vehicle. I rarely give a bad review, but this was the worst experience. So bad, that we finally had to pull in our insurance representative to assist. The manager, John, was no help either. We worked with Eloy - WORST customer service and just gives you the run around. Would not recommend this place. More
