It was okay. My only issue was when the sales/service asked me if I wanted synthetic and it was going to be pricy like I couldn’t afford or some. The Access Ford Service Center in Calallen crushes the competition on SPID in Corpus Christi. This was absolutely the best service I have ever received on my F-150! I took my truck in to the Access Ford dealership service department in Calallen because my "check engine" light came on recently. They analyzed it with their diagnostic machine and I was told it was the int department in Calallen because my "check engine" light came on recently. They analyzed it with their diagnostic machine and I was told it was the intake manifold. Nothing more, nothing less and it was going to cost $1,600 to replace the entire thing. I was over on my warranty by miles so it wasn't covered and was going to be out of pocket. So I took it to a local mechanic and he said that one of the flaps on the manifold has carbon build up and the reason for the dash warning light. The problem was cleaned and I was on my way the same day. It literally cost me less than $100 to get that taken care of. So I will never take my vehicles to that dealership for repairs again. The staff is very courteous and I never have any issues but this is just unacceptable by all accounts. More

Set up a recall appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. Dropped my truck off only to get a call 2 days later that they didn’t have the part to complete the job.
