Negative remarks, multiple calls with no answer and usually no call backs. They original price for repairs I was given for service repairs, was about 300.00 less than invoice price. These people tried to overcharge me. I needed recalls worked on, and they said some of my recalls weren't vaild because the "codes" of the car didn't display the same information. There is clearly something wrong with the transmission (part of a serious recall/settlement), but they didn't bother to check that. The car has numerous recalls but for some reason they only wanted to check one of them. For a canister purge valve and an O2 sensor, I was being charged over $1,000 in labor fees and over $180 for a diagnostic. They went down on the price after being called out on it, which is still ridiculous because recalls should be free of charge anyway. I just got my car back after nearly a month of dealing with these clowns and after ONE trip to the grocery store...my check engine light came right back on. Other than being able to drive now, the car still behaves as if I never took it in. Not only does this place overcharge, they are a bunch of liars and they rarely answer their phone. I will not be going back to Access Ford in Calallen. Terrible service. More
Dealership is great and the salesperson was very helpful and professional. Servicing can be slightly rude and pushy. When asked for timeframes or assistance I was provided with little to no information. Ser and professional. Servicing can be slightly rude and pushy. It feels so comforting to walk into a place of business so early in the morning and everyone is smiling. I purchased my car at the Toyota dealership and service is not like the Ford dealership, next time I know where to go when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. Thank you for your service. Got an oil change and tire rotation done. Next day I got a nail in my tire and find out that Lincoln claimed to check my tires and said they were in good condition however when I got the nail Next day I got a nail in my tire and find out that Lincoln claimed to check my tires and said they were in good condition however when I got the nail fixed the very next day at they tire place they said my tires were bald and needed new tires. Very disappointed that Lincoln didn’t check my tires like they said they were going to the day before. Bad customer service as well. Will no longer be getting my car serviced at this location. More
