When we bought our Lincoln we were told the first three or four oil changes were free and we would receive the Lincoln concierge service. We were sold on the fact that the salesman told us that when you bu or four oil changes were free and we would receive the Lincoln concierge service. We were sold on the fact that the salesman told us that when you buy a Lincoln, the concierge service would come pick up our vehicle, drop us a vehicle off, take it in for service, and bring it back! That’s NEVER HAPPENED!! We have been told every time that there are no loaner cars available without a three to four week wait by the rude lady with the “Lincoln Concierge”! (That doesn’t exist! ) Each service trip we have made arrangements for our own transportation to and from the dealership, taking time off of work for this! This is the third oil change we told that we were out of Lincoln points and would be charged $95. After I spoke to the general sales manager, he did take care of the oil change this time. More

The car was repaired fine. The problems were: asked multiple times for a quote before I got it. Service manager agreed to refund on unnecessary parts…been 3 weeks and no check yet. What happened to honest customer service?!?! More
