Very hard to get my truck in for repairs. Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. Was not covered by warranty even tho my truck has only 13K m Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. Pleasant staff comfortable waiting room. Pick up and drop off service is great. Maintenance staff let you know what needs to be done right away and what can get done on next visit.
