The best part was that I did not have to wait that long for an oil change. The people at the service department were very friendly. I enjoyed their coffee and watching TV while I was waiting. I’m from Kingsville and I have never gone for service in Kingsville I always take it to Calallen Texas because I think they have the best service and people They are very friendly. I’ll always recommend access Ford in Corpus Christi to all my friends. More

After setting up an appointment for an oil change, I was informed it would be an hour to an hour and 45 minutes before it would be complete. I had intended on waiting while the car was being serviced, which informed it would be an hour to an hour and 45 minutes before it would be complete. I had intended on waiting while the car was being serviced, which is why i scheduled it for 11. Had to call for someone to pick me up due to the extended wait time. It ended up being 2 hours and 45 minutes before they called and said my car was done. More
