Made appointment online. Arrived early. They had no record of my appointment and they told me that happens all the time. Waited awhile until someone walked me to parts desk w Arrived early. Made in person appointment to return in 1 week. Fingers crossed. Everyone was super nice but problem is still not resolved. More
