Disappointed with this repair service. Service people would not return phone calls about repair work. Took over a week to get my car back and is was out of service the next day and at anot Service people would not return phone calls about repair work. Took over a week to get my car back and is was out of service the next day and at another shop to get it fixed in half the time. The new shop found the defective part and repaired car. Access charged over $800 for labor and missed the defective part. I have talked to Crystal about the bill but NO has returned my phone call. More
