My experience with getting my oil changed was great! I had enough Lincoln Access Rewards points to cover almost the entire cost & they washed & vacuumed the car, too! Unfortunately, they entered all of the service & charges as though it was done to my old, 2016 silver MKC (which I no longer have) instead of my 2019 red Nautilus. Service dept was not organized. Dealt with 3 different individuals. Juan was more focused on his tasks than customers on site. Jonathan did not communicate well and seemed lost most time we talked. Trent was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall the service area was mess. Cluttered paperwork everywhere. Took Jonathan 5 minutes to find my keys because they were labeled wrong. I asked Jonathan to order a $26 part I planned to install myself because they quoted me $300 labor to do it but the part never got ordered. I will have to go back and get it when it comes in. The assurant extended warranty I purchased Jan 2023 is no longer the extended service provider. Comment made by Jonathan was assurant not happy with us right now cause we no longer use them for extended warranties. Let’s hope they cover the claim. More

Mr. Buentello with customer service is always first to greet by name when you walk in. If he with another customer he still acknowledges you and tells you he will be right with you or may ask a co/worker greet by name when you walk in. Once info obtain on vehicle issues he calls back with status update and time frame. Work performed by techs is great. I would recommend service to friends. More
Took 3 trips to solve my issue, but they continued to work to resolve the issue.
