They don't answer their phone so it rolls over to parts, who then transfers to service where they put you on hold over 30 minutes without ever speaking to you. Only way to speak to them was through assistance of parts person who took time out of his work to transfer me to someone directly. Service advisor said I could call back after I checked my schedule. I had to explain issue with dealers phone system and was finally given cell phone so I could communicate through text. After dropping off vehicle, service said they'd call me when it was ready, which they never did. I had to text to find out the status of my vehicle. More
