After setting up an appointment for an oil change, I was informed it would be an hour to an hour and 45 minutes before it would be complete. I had intended on waiting while the car was being serviced, which informed it would be an hour to an hour and 45 minutes before it would be complete. I had intended on waiting while the car was being serviced, which is why i scheduled it for 11. Had to call for someone to pick me up due to the extended wait time. It ended up being 2 hours and 45 minutes before they called and said my car was done. More

Very hard to get my truck in for repairs. Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. Was not covered by warranty even tho my truck has only 13K m Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. Was not covered by warranty even tho my truck has only 13K miles on it…so 2K dollars later, I’m not a very happy customer. More
