Service employee mistakenly looked for the wrong issue when in an invoice from before the time that it was last in it clearly states the actual problem the truck was having and still the service employee when in an invoice from before the time that it was last in it clearly states the actual problem the truck was having and still the service employee puts something else that has nothing to do with my vehicle. Highly disappointed on having to pay $190 for nothing and for the mistake the service employee made. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know they unfortunately also steal any valuables in your vehicle you leave with them to service. That is disgusting but I am sure Access Ford is not the only dealership like that. But I will say the professionalism was there even though they kept giving me the run around when I tried speaking to a service manager. Let me also add who forgets to put the dipstick back in!!!! More

Terry exceeded my expectations, he was very quick replying my emails and always very straightforward and professional during our price negotiations, no pressure or harassment. I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I experienced a problem with my vehicle the very next day. When I took it in to look at it it was stated i would have to leave it till they had time I experienced a problem with my vehicle the very next day.
