I arrived at my appointed time only to find out it would be 3 days before they could look at my vehicle.I was then told they don't support me using rental agencies even though it was on my extended warranty be 3 days before they could look at my vehicle.I was then told they don't support me using rental agencies even though it was on my extended warranty contract and they didn't have a rental car. They would not reimburse me for the rental and it took several phone calls before they realized they had made a clerical error. I'm still waiting to see if they have the parts for my heated seat that doesn't work, I will probably call because they very well may have the parts. More
