I have always had great service at Access Ford. I bought a Lincoln Navigator in 2006, in SA. Juan, in your service dept. always takes care of my car and made sure I had a ride home. Recently, we bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at Access. We will never purchase our cars any where else. Our salesman was great. Even considering a "temporary" remodeling situation that seems somewhat worrisome at first sight, I must admit that you quickly forget about it once you're made to feel special--like you're just another member of an extended family. My shuttle ride to work even presented me with a great friendly conversation with my driver. All in all, it was well worth my time and my money. More
