However, being charged a minimum of two hours labor for diesel work, I thought was excessive, knowing it was just an electronic module change. Courteous people. My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they charge two hours minimum for work on a Diesel engine. I had a check engine light that just needed resetting, as there were no problems requiring repairs and it cost me $280 which was less than the $165/hr labor charge normally tagged on. Not too happy about that. Otherwise my check engine light has not returned for 125 miles, so I'm happy not to worry about that. More
