I have always had great service at Access Ford. I bought a Lincoln Navigator in 2006, in SA. Juan, in your service dept. always takes care of my car and made sure I had a ride home. Recently, we bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at Access. We will never purchase our cars any where else. Our salesman was great. BUT, the real reason we will always go to Access for purchases and repairs is because of your service dept. and JUAN. More

Even considering a "temporary" remodeling situation that seems somewhat worrisome at first sight, I must admit that you quickly forget about it once you're made to feel special--like you're just another member of an extended family. My shuttle ride to work even presented me with a great friendly conversation with my driver. All in all, it was well worth my time and my money. More
