Ford F250 diesel check engine light Tim and Roy service representatives are outstanding. They were invaluable in getting me the part I needed in a timely manner so I could get back on t Tim and Roy service representatives are outstanding. The part came in a few dollars less than originally quoted which was good. However, being charged a minimum of two hours labor for diesel work, I thought was excessive, knowing it was just an electronic module change.
